Zone minutes fluctuates every day, doesn’t always count stairs taken. Every time there is an update something else is wrong with either App or watch. Since I only use it for walking it’s like you get what you pay for and the more expensive watches have so many issues I decided to keep this one and deal with the app or watch issues.

Posted .Hi there. We hear your concern on wanting better sleep and activity accuracy on the Versa 4. Here are some tips to get the most out of your watch:
For sleeping:
1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
2. To accurately track your sleep, make sure your device is positioned higher on your wrist, about 2-3 finger widths above the wrist bone. The band should feel secure but not too tight.
3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.
Regarding Active Zone Minutes: The watch calculates active minutes using metabolic equivalents to measure exercise intensity. Activities such as walking, could count as active minutes. Plenty of good work out choices also.

He likes it but it doesn’t offer some of the features that the older version had. The older version you could download pictures to have as a screen saver rhis one you can't. But all-in-all it works good.

She had no real complaints other than having constant issues trying to answer and make calls through the watch from her phone while on the go. She has recently switched to the Apple Watch.

However, it stopped working for no apparent reason. initially, I thought i needed to be charged, but after allowing it to be charged for one half of a day, it still would not work.

Like the new features but we are still learning everything it will do. Would like to see them develop a stronger wrist band. In our opinion, Versa 4 is a good upgrade for Versa 2.

After getting the watch set up, the battery was lasting only two days. Fitbit customer service quickly sent the replacement. I'm happy with the Versa 4 and the great customer service.
