Good but slow loading

Posted .We’re so glad you’ve been with us for so long, MaryD. — that being said, we hear your concerns about the Versa 4 feeling slow when syncing with your iPhone. Here’s a few tips to speed up your device:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app
2. Remove your Fitbit device from your account and phone
3. Check your phone’s Bluetooth and internet access

I believe Fitbit should improve their charging docking and the charging pins. After a while one of the four pins manages to get stuck and unable to charge the watch
