    Got my mother and father in law fit bits for christmas. 1 he and one lite. Of course the more expensive one stops working. Bluetooth connection is no longer workin.csnt find it on any device. Went to exchange it and its out of the exchange period. So now my mother is stuck with a NEW broken fit bit that only worked 2 weeks. NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST A 30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

    I bought this watch thinking I could use it during my workouts in the pool as it said it was good for swimming. The first time I used it, it shut off and had water condensation. When I put a claim in to Fitbit they sent me a replacement that was not waterproof. Totally disappointed since I bought it specifically to do my exercises in the pool.

    Lousy.. stopped working twice within less than 6 months! Waiting on hold with FITBIT now for resolution. Will move away from this brand if it’s not resolved.
