I loved my Fitbit Versa Lite for the first 2 months, then I updated to the IOS 13 and now my calls and notifications won’t work! Fitbit just says they are working on the problem!!! They didn’t even send an email letting you know there was a problem! Apparently, Fitbit doesn’t really care about their customers with an Apple phone. Very sad, I just wish I could exchange it for an Apple Watch.

Great at calculating your steps. The only problem I had so far is it’s calculating steps while I’m driving my car and that shouldn’t do that. Other than that, it does the job at everything else

It is comfortable and when it works it works well. However, I had to replace the band twice since purchasing (and it doesn’t abused). It CONSTANTLY loses the Bluetooth connection (2nd consecutive FitBit device I’ve had this issue with). Customer support is atrocious (if the problem isn’t fixed by turning off/on then unlinking/re-linking they are stumped with no further suggestions).

I have purchased several fitbit for my wife over the past few years. Each one has had to be replaced by Fitbit under the 1 year warranty, but the replacement will last a shorter time frame than the original. That means every 14 months or so, I have already replaced the device once under warranty and then having to purchase a new one. The products do no last. Bestbuy used to sell an extended warranty, but quit due to knowing the device will not last and they will be stuck replacing the device.

It is quite basic, built with nothing outstanding plastics, little advanced functions but it does the job. monitor heart rate when exercising and overlay notifications

Liked this watch. Seemed comfortable. Nice design. One of the reasons why I bought it was to sync with my text messages. I ended up returning it because it did not sync.

Great device but the cover scratches so easily. I don’t understand how it even got a small scratch. Wouldn’t recommend this if they don’t have a protector for it. Screen way to sensitive

I probably should have bought a new edition. Had problems connecting to an iphone and syncing the data. Stopped working a 1.5 years later

Product was good for awhile until working in extreme heat the face of the watch detached after awhile

I don't know if it was that I just got unlucky because my wife has the same watch and hers is still going strong but I had to replace my band already.

I had my Fitbit for 3 months and the heart rate monitor stopped working. When that stops working a lot of features stop working. I did contact fitbit and they replaced it.

I ended up needing an apple smart watch so I didn't get enough time to thoroughly try the fitbit. I'm sure it's good though, it was just missing some features I needed.

My wife used to love her Garmin fitness tracker, but after it stopped working, she went back to a regular watch. I thought she'd like a Fitbit for Mother's Day, so I got her this one. We returned it after she had trouble getting the time to display. She rides horseback and can't be shaking her hand all around while riding. Also, the heart rate monitor was way off - almost twice too high. Unfortunately, Best Buy would only give us a store credit, and we don't need anything else at this time.

I love fitbits but the only reason why i returned mine was because i couldn’t respond to text messages on it so i decided to purchase the Apple Watch instead.

The watch battery last for two days max and occasionally will except notifications to the watch definitely not what I expected.
