    Didn't last 6 months!

I loved my Smartwatch and it's functions, but unfortunately it started having issues within 6 months. Now, within under a year it won't even let me get it turned on passed the fitbit icon. I have followed all of the online troubleshooting instructions, even reset it to factory settings, but nothing. Throwing it in the trash today.

Bought for my wife but she wanted to try fossil watch. We ended up with Apple Watch after all. Have a co-worker that loves hers.

Honestly this watch sucks compared to the Versa 2 (which is AMAZING, might I add). Heart rate sensor isn't super accurate, lacks some features that I feel should be a given, etc. Also, I accidentally factory reset it during some... adult activities, and now I can't get it to pair to my phone again. Total bummer. Planning on exchanging for a Versa 2, which is sooooo much better and so worth the small extra cost.

Bought this for my mom. Would not update. Went back and replaced with two more. None of them would update. Kept failing. Returned and got a garmin which my mom loves. Very disappointed. Yes my Wifi is strong and I work in IT so Tech doesn’t scare me. This thing would simply not take an update.

Initially I liked this watch, but when I checked out the Versa 2 I thought the 2 was the better way to go and exchanged it.

I have an older FitBit so was excited to get a newer model. I found the set-up difficult. I like the size of the watch but am disappointed in the limited number of FREE watch faces. There are others available for purchase. This model is not as user friendly as my older one. The on-off button is on the left side of the watch and is hard to reach. The charger is cheap. I will likely go back to my old watch.

Doesn't track sleep accurately when I wake up and lie in bed if your heart rate stays low enough it counts it as sleep.

I got this for the notifications and counting steps. The battery was great the first 2 weeks. Now you have to charge it almost daily... terrible if you want to track your sleep. Barely makes it through my 12hrs shifts.
