It arrived in a timely fashion during CoVid19. It was in great condition and everything was included. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box.

Xmas gift for my 10 year old daughter. Absolutely loves it. Took her almost no time at all to get set up and linked to her iphone. Great looking smart watch at a good price.

Purchase this for my mom for Mother's Day and she loves it easy setup and the battery lasts for a little less than a week so you can wear it to work and sleep in it

I’ve had it for a couple weeks and I really bought it for its look. It a bonus that it has extra bands that came with it. It is also swim proof which is awesome . I like how stylish it is. All of my other fit bits have broke at the band or stopped working completely within 6 months. The do not offer insurance on these anymore which is a disappointment. I hope this one holds up otherwise I will switch to another brand. I’ll give 4 stars since you can’t buy the extra warranty

Nice looking sports watch and very durable and easy to navigate. I have been with Fitbit for some time now and I am always satisfied with my purchase every time.

I replaced my charge 2 with this device. I like the time display and the other features. It doesn’t take much time to fully charge and it lasts for several days.

It’s simple to use and a great fitness tracker. It motivated me to workout more. It does alert you for texts messages and phone calls but u cannot reply or talk through the Fitbit. If you’re looking for a smart watch this isn’t the watch for you. But if u want a fitness tracker with a few extras then this would be perfect for you. It’s very lightweight, most times i would forget its even on my wrist! Overall i love my Fitbit but i did purchase an Apple watch as well due to wanting a more smart watch.

It’s easy to use, does its job well. My only thing is that the screen can be easily scratched so you would need a screen protector to ensure it looks good.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. Can respond to text messages and things with it. Battery also lasts awhile, around 4 days depending on use.

My 93 year old grandpa wanted something to tell him how much he was walking and what his heart rate was. This watch was easy to explain to him and he loves it.

I bought this for my mother and it was super easy to set up. She lives all the features and how easy it is for her to check her progress on the fitbit app.

This watch is only 5 months old and it’s already dead! It won’t charge and the display is not working, due to condensation behind the screen. I didn’t submerge or swim with this watch. I left it on the bathroom sink, while taking a shower, and it seemed fine. An hour later, the screen was distorted, then went black. I placed the watch in rice for 24 hours, but it did not help. I didn’t purchase a warranty, so I’m stuck. I already went on the Fitbit forums and it seems the Versa has a known glitch of not being waterproof. Also, Fitbit makes it very difficult to replace the product. I will not repurchase and I will find another brand for my fitness needs.

Great alternative to Apple Watch if using for fitness, calorie counting etc. Synced it with the lose it app for counting calories. Lightweight and cute!

I found the watch to be so good. It was an easy set up and easy to learn plus love the features. I needed something simple and so complicated to manage.

I love this fitness watch, it’s fun to change the clock faces and easy to motivate you to put more focus on your health. The color is beautiful too

This is a fantastic item. I have had one of the older model of Fitbits for a while now, this new model is easy to use and set up. I am very pleased with it.

For all the features it has, it's a great buy and it's not overly complicated to use. It came with everything it needed so there was nothing extra to buy.

Weight, food diary, steps and reminders to make goals. I lost 16 lbs in 2 months and have increased my heart health and ability to walk farther! Like having a personal coach. Besides it tells time I especially like the sleep monitor and cardio minutes!

I switched over from apple to fitbit and it was the best thing i did. I dont have to charge my fitbit everyday. Maybe after 4 days of usage. ITs amazing
