I had to return because of incompatibility issues.

She's very happy with hers! As for me, I had to return mine because it was not compatible with our Computer (purchased from Best Buy last January) because we have to have WIFI. Tried to download programs for the Fitbit to my verizon smart phone, only to find out that it was also incompatible with the phone. Oh well. I'll try again in 2020!
