Shotty fit bit and CUSTOMER SERVICE

Of course the more expensive one stops working. Bluetooth connection is no longer workin.csnt find it on any device. Went to exchange it and its out of the exchange period. So now my mother is stuck with a NEW broken fit bit that only worked 2 weeks. NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST A 30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

The first time I used it, it shut off and had water condensation. When I put a claim in to Fitbit they sent me a replacement that was not waterproof. Totally disappointed since I bought it specifically to do my exercises in the pool.
