Text notifications does not work

They don't have a solution, nor a time frame as to when problem will be resolved. No point keeping a watch that doesn't do what it's supposed to so I returned. What a hassle to purchase, pick up, and return. I think the stores should be notified of this problem so consumers can be made aware before wasting so much time on a product that failed it's own product description!
