Stay Away

Watch attempted a software update that "broke" the watch. Searching the internet revealed that many others has encountered the same issue. Response from Fitbit was less than outstanding. So, stay away.

Already broke.. But support is replacing

Called support and they suggested an update.. The Fitbit would try to update for hours then fail. The good news at least is that their support is great and they are sending a replacement. Let's see how long this lasts

Problems Syncing & Counting Stairs

Also, it no longer tracks stairs. It was also a major ordeal to change temperature from C to F. I won't purchase another one.

It failed to measure heartbeat after 25 days

I bought the watch only 25 days ago;i.e., 8/20/2019. The watch stopped measuring the heartbeat and tracking the sleep pattern. I am really disappointed the quality of the watch. I am going to try to return it or get a replacement tomorrow. Hopefully, the quality of the new one is better than this one. I will make sure to buy the insurance for it!

Disappointes

Was disappointed with the Versa Lite. The text messages disappear once you view them and the battery doesnt last longer than 3 days. Its a very nice and coloful design but I returned it and bought the Versa 2.

Having problems receiving messaging

Have tried to reinstall it at least four times and it works for awhile then goes back to not receiving messages

Never could get Fitbit to sync every time and could not get messages. Ended up taking back and getting the Apple Watch series 3.
