I tried three different days to set this up. I tried to have a chat on my laptop but I waited forever and got no response. I guess I have to return it much to my sorry.

I purchased this is in September 2019 by January it was not working @ all. This is not worth it for the money I spent on this Fitbit.

I bought this thinking it would be a good smartwatch pedometer but was very disappointed. Most watch faces don't work on the versa lite and i could not get it to synch with my S9. I returned the watch after a week.

I returned it, it quite working after 5 days. It may have been just that one watch. My mom got her own and it worked fine, just too complicated for her.

I bought for my mom because I know these are good however we've had nothing but issues with this one. Have to deal with calling fitbit for support which hasn't been good. I might have to go back to beat buy in this one. My rating is only on this particular watch I bought for my mom. I've had no issues with the one I wear which is just like it, which is why I bought her the same type....

It did not work so we had to call tech support. They determine it was bad so they are sending out another one. We have four more that worked but this one did not.

Brought this for my niece and she has had problems with it from day 1 bestbuy wont take it back they say contact fitbit they giving her the run arround sad that nobody is backing this product wont buy again

Bought this watch to track my heart rate among other things. It is 20 days old and doesn't respond to my touch and has a difficult time charging. Due to the poor return policy at Best Buy (14 days) it is no longer returnable. Will definitely make future purchases from a store with a better return policy. I do not recommend this watch.

This thing was so difficult to deal with. I had the hardest time getting it to sync, blue tooth would not stay connected, and spotify would not connected. None of the notifications would sync, phone calls, text messages, nothing. Returned it for the Versa 2- it was even worse. I ended up getting a Samsung....best thing I ever did.

I had a Garmin few a few years that quit syncing with my phone. So I bought a fitbit - mistake but I exchanged for this watch and it froze up today. I want to give it more time and I will try.

I purchased the fitbit a little over a month, and it's ok. It's great for exercising purpose only. But that's it. In hindsight, I should have purchased the Samsung watch.

Needed a watch and also one that would keep track of my walking distance. This one was returned since it got super hot. I actually upgraded to a Versa 2.

Battery life wasn't what I expected. the notifications had a hard time coming through. I took it back and got a Samsung.

This unit would never connect with my phone. So I had to rerun it. I do not recommend the versatile.

Worse from updated, doesn’t recognize by the app and not responded to any function. Just worked fine for two months.

Many of the features don't work. For example: My Versa 2 won't currently receive texts due to an issue with a recent update. None of my debit and credit cards are compatible with the Fitbit Wallet. Each update brings a new set of issues. Should've stuck with my old Fitbit.

This was the worst purchase I made. I'm very disappointed with Fitbit. My watch was working perfectly when one day my screen starded acting up. I turned it off and after this my watch never turn back on.I try charging it and a black screen came up. I contacted Fitbit and they said they don't offer warranty. They wanted to give me $30.00 credit to buy a new one. I will never purchase there stuff

Terrible. Went out, Fitbit refused to replace the item

this thing can not hold a charge at all. I had a charge 2 and loved it. I bought a versa lite for me and one as a gift and both of us stopped using them after about a month. I even reached out to Fitbit but they did a battery test and it looked good to them. we had to charge it everyday... wouldn't suggest this model.

Worked great for a while then died out. No support from Best Buy or from Fitbit
