Disappointing. After almost 7 months, I found out that the device will calculate steps even if I move my wrist (such as clapping or petting my cat). That's not what I want in a device that regulates steps. I guess I should have done a bit more research on what actually generates steps. The calculates were inaccurate. Not happy.

After less than a month, it just stopped working. Won’t charge, black screen...

Bought this Fitbit Versa Lite for my wife for Mothers Day. After 3 weeks, it stopped holding a charge. Will be returning the item for a refund.

Battery life does not last very long. I like to use my Fitbit to monitor my sleep and the battery life drains so quickly that I was not able to sleep with it on as often as I like as I had to charge overnight.

I had this less than a month and it broke. The words On my screen are missing letters, and it doesn’t show how many steps I walked, my heartbeat, or calories. Disappointed.

Will not hold. Charge for more then 2days and I don’t neillñ

It is easy to turn on and swipe to where I want to go.

Worst smartwatch i've ever bought. It was a gift for my daughter but after 3 months touchscreen sometimes wont work. She can not access the menu page. She also had problem charging her watch. Eventually, it stopped functioning.

Didn’t have a Versa 2 at the store so I got the lite.

I purchased the Firbit Versa not even a week ago, 9/17/19 and it's stopped working. Battery says 90% but nothing comes up on the screen. Like what the hello kitty is going on?

It's alright but a bit complex when trying to set up.

Bought this watch for my husband and it stopped working after about a couple months. Have systematically tried all fixes on website and still not working. I would choose a different watch.

Difficult to program and/or link to Samsung phone.

Not real happy with this, does not work very well. In order to get the watch to respond the phone has to be literally on top of it. Calls do not ring through as described nor do the text notifications. Save your money.

This was a birthday gift for my daughter in law. She has not had it a month and it is not charging on the charger purchased with it. She is returning it for a replacement. Maybe she should return both items. She will contact you.
