Not sure about it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was enjoying my watch when I first got it for about 3 days but one day the screen went black and wouldn't come back on. Thankfully it has a year warranty so I reached out to fitbit and they are sending a new one. Hopefully the new one wont have that issue and I will get to enjoy all the features.

Better than the Surge

My previous Fitbit watch was the Surge, which was a very disappointing product. So far, I'm much happier with the Versa, although I'd have preferred it with GPS. It looks really good, the touch sensitivity is spot on, and the HR monitor is accurate. In summary, it does everything as advertised.

Great Smart Watch, OK Step tracker

Overall it is a great watch and has a really nice charging base. Our only complaint so far is that the step counts on it are crazy. For example, he met his 10K goal for steps one day by lunch even though all he did was sit on the coach and play Xbox or watch videos!

Pretty easy to use

It keeps me informed throughout the day. I haven't used it for the fitness part yet other than just the steps. One problem I do have is that I have a few notifications from and email, and Facebook post that won't clear. So I'm still trying to figure that out.
