Bought for my daughter only problem was with the band She broke out in a rash and we had to purchase a different band

I have had my versa for about a month and I love it. Had the Samsung Gear Fit 2 prior to Versa and the Versa is is way better!

the face is large and easy to read as a watch, lots of features that I have not fully explored yet, like listening to music

I transitioned from a Charge HR to the Versa as my Charge HR suddenly died after having it for 2 years. Despite that issue, I purchased the Fitbit Versa. The first year I had it, it was great. Occasionally after that, I would have issues with it charging, but nothing that was a big deal. I didn't wear it daily and it was well taken care of (turned off and put away on a shelf when not in use, never submerged in water, always stored in a dry place). Suddenly, the screen goes out and now I am unable to use it at all. A few more issues with charging, syncing and delays started before it completely died as well as the screen freezing and only showing the start up screen. I did shut it down, reset, and replace the charger. None of it worked. At the price you pay for it, it's not worth it as there is no assistance or repair options. When contacting Fitbit, they simply offer 20% off your next purchase. It's worth your money to spend a little more and get an Apple watch rather than purchasing from Fitbit.

I got it for my daughter for Christmas and she uses it for work. She really likes it. I also like it for myself and planning to get two more.

Outstanding ability as a smart watch, definitely comparable to an Apple Watch 3siries. Fitness features are arguably better than Apple Watch.

Bought this for my girlfriend. She loved it. She can see messages from her phone would be cool if she could reply through it.

I use it mostly at work to monitor text messages as they come in. We are starting to find accessories for it most anywhere too.

Purchased this for one of my oldest kids. Works great and can download apps as well. Hopefully it doesn't distract him when school resumes.

Obviously does what i need it to do as far as fitness, but does much more than i expected it to. Love the music feature!

Cute ..very stylish..easy to program with fitbit manual..limited texting ..need bluetooth headphones too anwser calls..but not a bad watch..

I love the look and find that it does a pretty good job tracking my heart rate and activity. I love seeing my progress throughout the week!

Screen is fragile. Must have a protector for the screen. Phone has ot be near the fit bit. It should be longer range . Overall a great product.

Cannot respond to messages with Apple device. Sometimes lags. 3-4 days of battery life.

I really enjoy this Fitbit watch. It tells me all the things I want to know about my daily exercise routine. Very satisfied!
