Terrible

I got it home to learn that Fitbit has been having issues with installing firmware, and you just have to wait. So after hours of unstalling/reinstalling the app and restarting the firmware installation process, I thought I was finally able to start checking out the functions, only to see that the screen is cracked! At this point I was livid, but I still wanted to at least look at the functions I had wasted so much time trying to load. Guess what!? The app still can't find the versa, and the firmware is still not installed! What an incredibly frustrating terrible experience. At this point I'm done with wearable tech altogether!
