    everything is great except for the step counts. it was counting each step as i was taking times 5. by the end of the day it said i walked 45,000 steps but the distance was a mile. I had a desk job and thats hard to achieve. also could not get it to play music.

    Buyers be-aware of the battery drainage issue. Mine has been draining the battery and won't last more than 4 to 5 hours. Today I contacted customer service and instead of honor the warranty they kept asking me to follow procedures that I have done several times. Instead of believing me and get my device in to be checked out. If you call them with this issue they are going to ask you to disable every single cool feature of the watch, such as notifications from your phone along with many other things. I wish I could return this piece of junk.
