I love the Fitbit Versa! I am pretty ingrained in the Fitbit ecosystem, so replacing my Fitbit Charge HR with the Versa made sense for me. I wanted a watch this time and prefer the sleek styling of the Versa over the Fitbit Ionic. You won’t get the built in GPS with the Versa though, if that is something you need. Since I always have my phone with me, going with the Fitbit Versa was a no brainer. Good luck with your decision and happy shopping!

I received this as a gift, not knowing what an asset it would be. Now I am constantly aware of my daily steps, flights of stairs, and pulse rate. Being informed about these prompts me to strive for better each day. I thought these were only beneficial for young people; however, as a 73 year old man, I would recommend it especially for us active older people. It may well help me to live a healthier longer life!

Don’t buy a Versa if you’ve already had an Apple iWatch. It’s essentially a major downgrade. While it is customizable, the apps are too basic for the price. I was hoping to be able to read my messages from the watch but that didn’t work. I thought the Versa had a bible app. It does not. Seeing any uplifting meditation or phrase goes a long way so I was slightly disappointed for that reason mainly. If one wants it to strictly keep track of their sleep, caloric intake and exercise activity, then it’s the perfect watch. I ended up with a basic Casio watch. By the way, I found it very stressful and disappointing when I didn’t reach and/or exceed my daily step goal. So if ignorance is bliss then I’m content with being blissfully unaware of my step count. Just get out and move and be happy with yourself. Be healthy. Strive to be better physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually.
