Excellent Purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looking for something simple and fun to use... this is the perfect smartwatch to purchase. It’s cheap, great design, battery life is amazing, and way better than Apple Watch. Only disadvantage is not much apps to choose from, but FitBit may improve on that with an update in the future

nice watch very capable and just right price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recieved this for Christmas in 2018 first time chance to review it. Fitbit hit the sweet spot for this type of watch with the Versa. Sync perfectly to Iphone, Iphone pushes texts the phone gets, buzzes my wrist when the phone gets a call which has been really helpful while at the office since the phone is left on my desk, so I was able to get an important call. Timers, alarms weather all nice and work well, Battery life 4-5 days. I must have installed a dozen clock faces over time all free. If you like gadgets and smart watch with tracking steps, heart rate and more and gag at the high price of Apple watch then this is a good choice. Recommended

Great product, has one flaw.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off I love this smart watch. It does everything it claims to with ease except for one flaw. The battery life does not last 4+ days. 3 if your lucky with all the notifications shut off including message and phone alerts. I turned mine off simply because you need to have your phone within close proximity and since that's the case there is no need to have the battery life shortened more by getting mail and phone alerts. I would recommend this time piece as an all encompassing watch and fitness tracker. I especially like that it tracks the stages of sleep every night. Don't let the battery issue stop you as it still get's more life than any other on the market. Really like the size on my wrist as well. It doesn't sit so high that you'll be knocking it on everything around. It's the only one that is completely waterproof as well.

Great watch and fitness tracker
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this smartwatch for 5 months and love it. I have been using Fitbit products for several years and just wanted an upgrade. This watch is the perfect size - not too big or heavy, and is easy to customize. It will run for 4-5 days without charging the battery. The heart monitor is more accurate that my earlier Fitbit (Charge 2). You can add alarms, receive text messages and email notifications, and add music to the device. You can even answer your phone from the watch, but cannot use the watch to talk. If you want an Apple-like smart watch this isn't it. But if you want an affordable fitness tracker with smart watch functions then this is the one to get.

Wife loves it, even for iOS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let's face it, Apple watches are expensive. Like really expensive. And in my opinion, their battery life isn't where my wife or I really need it given our daily schedules. The Fitbit Versa is the perfect compromise. The lack of iOS blocked features is the only thing keeping this watch from being rated higher (but that is hardly Fitbit's fault). The watch has the functions it needs, looks good in any attire, battery lasts as long as we need and most importantly is what I consider affordable. The watch does sometimes lose the heartbeat sensing momentarily from time to time, but that can be attributed to user error from time to time.

Slim and Stylish
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I typically wear a garmin forerunner but was never able to sleep with it due to bulkiness. The fitbit versa is slim and lays so nicely on my wrist I barely notice its there. The touch screen is a very cool feature. The watch is very pretty, I plan to wear this to work as it looks more professional than my garmin. I also love that the screen is color and I can personalize the watch face. Alot of cool features, excited to continue to play with this watch and figure out what its capable of.

A worthy upgrade from Fitbit Charge 2
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to the Fitbit Versa because I was tired of wearing the Charge 2 as well as another smartwatch for notifications (Samsung Gear S2). The Versa has been a worthy upgrade to the Fitbit Charge from a fitness tracking perspective and does well enough with notifications that I was able to eliminate the other smartwatch. Although I can't interact with the notifications in the same manner I could do with the Samsung Gear from a reply-perspective, it has the core functionality I really need in that I can decline calls and see a few lines of texts when notifications come in. It is also much more comfortable to wear than the Charge 2 and the Gear S2. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend the Versa to anyone needing a (relatively) inexpensive smartwatch/fitness option.

Small and light
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great design, and very light and comfortable. Had to change the straps because they were a bit stiff. Good battery life and great screen, but no always on display. I wish it had a function to 'find my phone'

Apple Watch can’t even come close to my Versa
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Fitbit! I use every Apple product but the Apple Watch can’t hold a candle to my Versa. The battery lasts at minimum 5-6 days without a charge. The silent alarms wake me at various times without waking my husband like a standard alarm would startle him as well. This tracks my workouts, heart rate zones, pictures of my family and friends, tracks my sleep and goes straight to my devices and apps. Apple can’t even come close to this device!! Now the only fault of this device is that Fitbit customer service is not that of Apple but since I’ve only needed them one time I’m still willing you stick with this device because it kicks the Apple watches tail!!

Looks and feels awesome.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had mine about 2 weeks now. I ordered the black version. I had an Alta HR prior to this and used it mainly to track sleep, steps and for text and call notifications while at work. I wanted to be able to see any calls or texts while I was on the floor since we aren't allowed to have our phones out. The Alta worked well, but I love the new Versa even more. I really wish there was a way to sync two phones to it. I would love to be able to have messages from both my personal and work phone show up on it. The size is great. It isn't too big and its actually lighter weight than the Alta HR. It's thinner as well. I added my bank card for the payment feature which is pretty cool. I like that I can change the watch face on a whim. There are new ones added every day as well, plus you can make your own or use a photo with some of them. The steps seem accurate but the floor counting seems a little high. It counts the 3 low steps from my porch as a floor which I didn't expect. I had no issues with set up at all. I have a galaxy S9+ and all the features work. Set up was extremely simple. You can charge it with the bands on. The bands are harder to swap out than on the Alta HR since you have to get the little pin just right. The sleep tracker works well. I have used it to play music with blue tooth headphones a couple times. It works fine but it isn't something I use often. I hope the text replies come soon as I was really excited about that feature. Overall I am extremely happy with it.

Exactly what I was hoping for!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fit bit Versa was exactly what I was hoping for. It’s perfect for receiving notifications, telling time, and the fitness coach is an added bonus. This is my first smart watch and it was very easy to set up with my iPhone 8. Battery holds life well. I especially like the waterproof feature as I’m a hairstylist and the watch gets wet often. I actually would like to give the watch 5 stars, the only issue I haven’t figured out yet is how to manage which workouts show up for fitness coach on the watch. I can get them on the phone app but I only have a select few that show up on the watch. I love this feature and use it , I’m just not sure how to manage....may just be a learning curve.

Decent Tracker, Stylish Design
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tracker is pretty decent, though I wish the display and things were a bit more customizable. I've had both Fitbit and Samsung trackers. I prefer the Fitbit App, but like a lot of Samsung features. For me Samsung preferences: Sleep tracker is better and gives you a notication on your device in the morning, easier to customize, picks up exercising more automatically (i.e. long walks) without you having to start the workout mode. Fitbit: This device is more stylish than Samsung designs, the Fitbit app I think is easier to use and better designed, which for me was the ultimate reason for switching back to a fitbit. The Samsung one seemed to have more trouble syncing/updating.

Has held up really well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.9 months with this smartwatch and it's still going strong. It has everything I need, waterproof, step counter, heart beat rpm, music, long battery life, phone and email notification, and sleep tracker. I wish the os had more available apps, like Spotify but loading my music on it works fine for me. It has held up well during hiking, swimming, jet skiing, camping, fishing, and even being smashed against a boulder without shattering. Sure it lacks all the fancy animations, visual refinement of the os, and apps of an Apple watch or Samsung gear, but I'm always reminded that this is classic Fitbit and relatively inexpensive.

good fitness watch
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had wanted more of a regular smartwatch but after trying a Ticwatch Pro that was super heavy, decided on the Versa. I've had a Fitbit one for years just to track steps and the Versa has been right on count compared to it. I like the sleep tracking and it being waterproof. I've had a little difficulty with text messages - sometimes they don't come through and other times I keep getting old messages repeatedly, but since that wasn't my main focus in getting it I haven't bothered to find out why. Hated the strap it came with so I got a soft nylon one with velcro from Amz, easy to change out.

Great device to keep active
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Versa after much research. I absolutely love the Fit bit Versa. It reminds me to move, tracks my sleep patterns which are quite insightful, has great workout guides, along with so many other great features. I like it so much that I purchased two more, one for my daughter and one for my son, who also love it. We are linked and motivate each other and have "friendly" competitions. I also like that i can receive notifications of incoming calls, texts, and emails according to my preferences. I saw reviews of some people having issues setting up the notifications however the HELP feature walks you easily through the setup and all the features available.

Great fitness watch as advertised - great value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Compared this watch to an Apple Watch 3 and the biggest deciding factor was the battery life. If you intend to track or monitor sleep, the Apple Watch is incapable of doing this. The Fitbit can! Features of the watch, like programmed encouragement/reminders, have assisted her in remaining active and as a result has led to weight loss. Only con is the pink band, being a lighter color, is subject to getting dirty fairly quickly - not to say it is difficult to clean given the material, because it is very easy to wash (of which you should since you'll probably use this band for working out).

Great Watch BUT
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great watch but I wish it was compatible with more apps. It has the look and feel of an Apple Watch. Much better than the Michael Kors. Battery life is excellent!

Great watch - a few irratations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using a Fitbit Charge 2 every day for the past year or so, and I have been extremely happy with it. The rest of the family are now using Apple Watches having upgraded from the Fitbit Alta HR, but I don't feel the need to have my iPhone on my wrist and I'm very happy with the Fitbit ecosystem. I finally decided to upgrade to the Versa. The watch itself does not disappoint. I love the quality of the display and the ease of use. I don't want notifications so I don't use those, and I use my phone and wireless headphone for my music, but everything else about the Versa is great. I did have quite a few frustrations involving the very buggy bluetooth connection to my iPhone at first, but I was finally able to figure out what I think was causing the issues, and pairing has been working well and consistent the past couple of weeks. What keeps this from being a solid 5 star product is that I can't believe such a technological watch such as the Versa is basically using a similar watch strap system probably developed in the late 1800's. Changing the watch band is not easy, and makes the band feel fairly flimsy. The Charge and Alta's have a much better system for the changing of the bands. Once I changed the band on the Versa, I definitely don't feel like I want to go through that again unless I have to because of a failed band. Other than that, I couldn't be more happy with this over the Apple Watch - at least for what I use it for - a fitness tracker.

Great smartwatch
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my Fitbit Versa for two years, after receiving it as a Christmas gift. It is easy to use, and I love that it alerts me when I have a text, call, or email, especially when I may not be able to look at my phone. Keeping tabs on my activities is easy to do, and I appreciate how it's reported in the Fitbit app, along with sleep and heart rate. I have not had any issues with my watch in two years, with charging, tracking, or otherwise. I highly recommend Fitbit, and would not hesitate to purchase another.

Overall, a nice watch with a few caveats...
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great watch. The only thing is the fact that the surface of the screen is openly exposed. I scratched my screen on a wall within days of opening it. Moving forward, I’d probably prefer a watch with raised edges that would help to prevent easily scratching the screen. Functionality is good. There are other watches that offer better syncing features but for what I use it for (tracking steps and text notifications), it does the job.
