Apple Watch can’t even come close to my Versa

I use every Apple product but the Apple Watch can’t hold a candle to my Versa. The battery lasts at minimum 5-6 days without a charge. The silent alarms wake me at various times without waking my husband like a standard alarm would startle him as well. This tracks my workouts, heart rate zones, pictures of my family and friends, tracks my sleep and goes straight to my devices and apps. Apple can’t even come close to this device!! Now the only fault of this device is that Fitbit customer service is not that of Apple but since I’ve only needed them one time I’m still willing you stick with this device because it kicks the Apple watches tail!!

I can't get this FitBit to sync with WiFi at home

I can't get it to sync with my home WiFi so I can download my songs it is synced with my Iphone 8 but in order to download the songs it must be on your home WiFi which I can't get to happen. I have done the trouble shooting with FitBit and have gotten no where. I went in to Best Buy and was treated rudely, they wanted me to pay 40.00 to update the watch which I have not even had 30 days and I not sure that would even help. I was able to get the person at the main entrance to see it would work with your WiFi and it did, went home and want work with mine. I am at a loss but I have brought many product fro Best Buy, I know its not my router because it is fairly new I brought it from you guys. I not happy with FitBit assistance and I'm sure not happy with how the rude person was to me at the Gee Squad

Disappointing

What's worse is I bought a 2-yr Best Buy warranty, but they no longer offer warranties on ANY Fitbit device! That says a lot to me about Fitbit, yikes! So, yes, the watch is pretty and only decently accurate on counting steps but honestly it has a lot of defects and seems to be unreliable- except for the time. I am so bummed about this! And I've read reviews about Fitbit having horrible customer service, so even with 1-yr manufacturers warranty, it still makes me squeamish and uncertain about getting another. Buyers beware.

Not a fan

I owned the Alta before this and had the same issue with connectivity. I had to contact Fitbits customer service a few times to get things sorted out. I traded this for an Apple Watch and that was a major upgrade. I now own the Samsung Active and still quite happy with them and never had any issues. With that said, I do not feel comfortable recommending this product.

Dead after a month of use!

I loved this item for the month it worked. A $200 item should have a longer lifespan. After doing research, I found this is a common problem. I haven’t contacted customer service as yet, but from what I have read they will work with you. However, I feel that I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops for a $200 item I used for 30 days. I preferred this item over an Apple Watch but I will stick what works. APPLE.

Worst fitness watch I've used

I work in the medical field and deal with stretchers often. I barely brushed a stretcher while loading a patient and cracked my screen. Less than 40 days of wear and now it's done for. You can't have the glass replaced and fitbit offers you nothing for the trouble so now own a $200 paperweight.

First, at one point, my Versa randomly stopped receiving notifications. When I contacted support, they were aware that there were Versas that were not receiving notifications, but had no understanding why. They could not offer me a replacement because they could not assure me the replacement would receive notifications. Then the heart rate monitor stopped working, the touch screen stopped working and then the watch stopped working all together. Only at this point did they offer a replacement. I asked for a full refund because they still could not assure me the replacement would receive notifications. Fitbit refused. Terrible product with terrible customer service.

Worst fitbit product ever

I was so excited for this one to go on sale. At first I was happy about how it looked like an Apple Watch and how advanced it appeared, but I was very very disappointed by its abilities. My sleep tracker had been acting up the whole time I had it. It would not track my sleep as good as my charge 2. For example, It would say I had only slept for three hours out of the night which was completely false. I don't want to manually add my sleep. There's no point for the watch then. I tried reading the message boards and calling customer service, but none of the advice given fixed the problem. Since I'm pregnant, I can't really use it to work out, and my sleep is very important to me. I simply had to return it and go back to my old one. So sad that it sucked.

Product Reliability is Terrible!

I owned the Versa for about 9 months when it stopped tracking my heart rate correctly. I contacted Fitbit and they tried multiple resets to get it working again. I was asked to wear it for a week to test the heart rate. Within the week it stopped turning on. I had to mail in my broken watch before I could get a replacement and they wanted to send a cheaper different color replacement. This took several weeks of hassle to resolve. Versa #2 arrived and only worked for a week before freezing. Versa #3 just broke at month 13 of "ownership". The screen is too dim to see in the light, it won't hold a charge and the screen randomly has white lines across it that make it unreadable. Fitbit will not replace this one since I'm past the original warranty even though it's obvious there is a significant quality problem with the devices. Definitely not worth the money.

Junk and terrible service

I called and got a replacement, and that one stopped working also. I called again, and they wouldn't send me another one, so I'm out the money that I spent on this watch. I took very good care of it too. I used it for swimming and always made sure I dried it off thoroughly after use. Which it is supposedly water resistant up to a certain amount of feet. I always did surface swimming so I wasn't deep in the water. They did say they could send me a 25% off coupon toward another device. I just laughed at them because more than likely this would happen again because it has happened twice already. And now I have no watch. Why would I buy another one of these just to have the same problem? Don't buy. It's junk. I'm going with apple instead.

They don't last very long. Both replacements have ended up doing the exact same thing as the first. They stop alerting texts and syncing with the phone, and then over the next few days the screen will eventually die. The first time FitBit made her send the watch back (the original) and 2 months later she finally received the replacement. The 2nd time, they just sent her a new one (refurb I assume) without having to send the first replacement back. We assumed this was becoming such a big issue they were just replacing them and hoping for the best. Well, the 2nd replacement only lasted about a month. Don't waste your money, just look for something better.

Terrible Product. Constantly Fails. Useless

The product fails weekly. Ive lost track of how many times they’ve told me to reset the watch and the app and restart my phone and turn off Bluetooth and dozEns of other steps. The customer service is awful. Total junk product. Even when it worked , it wasnt accurate. You could be sitting down and next thing you know, it logs 1000 steps. I never got notifications on my watch despite all the settings being correct. Just an awful experience with this technology and a HUGE waste of. Money . Should have returned it sooner because now Best Buy wont help me and Fit Bit is useless. Wanted to give it zero stars but this forced me to give it 1

Piece of junk and worst customer service!!!

Mine has been draining the battery and won't last more than 4 to 5 hours. Today I contacted customer service and instead of honor the warranty they kept asking me to follow procedures that I have done several times. Instead of believing me and get my device in to be checked out. If you call them with this issue they are going to ask you to disable every single cool feature of the watch, such as notifications from your phone along with many other things. I wish I could return this piece of junk.

Not working as expected

Spoke to Versa customer service and they tried different options for a week. Then I was told Versa will send me a replacement which again took a week and had the same issue. After almost 25 days I was told it is a known issue and they have the same complaint from other customers and they are working to get it fixed but don't know by when. Now I cant return it in Best Buy since it exceeded the return policy and Versa don't have the return policy. Waste of Money.

Makes life difficult. Fitbit told me to stop and snyc the watch 4 times a day; that is ridiculous and I have no time to do that. There are not helpful at all. I never use it anymore. Waste of money

It stopped working after swimming once

It’s now August 7th and I still haven’t received a replacement. I’ve had a few other Fitbits and they used to be so good about minimizing downtime if you had an issue. Not anymore. I would not buy this watch or any other Fitbit again.
