Great item to tracts every sleep stage but crashed

My fitbit was great until is crashed in 5 months ago. It tracks my sleep with all sleep stages. It tracks my cycle, water intake, exercise, stairs without having to input it. It is better than my apple watch that does not include a feature to track any of the sleep states. I love this fitbit and recommend it to everyone. I even use refer my clients to it so that I may do biofeedback and track their sleeping patterns for therapy. I absolutlely love my fitbit. I cant text or answer calls from it but it does everything I need healthwise! Fitbit is replacing my device because it crashed after an update. I would give it five stars had it not crashed on me.

I was hesitant about getting a Fitbit but I’m so glad I did. I love my Fitbit it keeps me in shape measuring my daily activity. No longer a couch potato. Would definitely recommend. Purchased a fancy new watch band to dress it up for the holidays.

I love my Fitbit versa. Since I've been wearing it I've noticed I've been more active. I like how it reminds me throughout the day to walk, especially since I drive all day. Oh, and it has really cute clock faces to choose from.

So firstly I want to make it extremely clear that I use my versa for purely fitness the rest of the functions are either pleasant or I just don't use them. So if you're curious about payment apps, music app, basically anything besides the fitness coach, steps, HR, and water resistance this isn't the review you wanna read. Also I think it's important to note I have a Moto E4 plus and I've had no issues with syncing (I was concerned and I wish people with syncing problems had given their phone info bc that feedback helps other buyers and the manufacturers to fix any bugs in the system). So now that I've gotten those important tid bits out of the way. I LOVE THIS WATCH. So I had gotten some cheap wish one ages ago bc I wasn't ready to commit to spending anymore than even 30$ bucks on a watch (wish I did it sooner!). I haven't regretted my purchase whatsoever. It is pretty accurate with everything, I have noticed heart rate issues BUT that brings me to an important note that Fitbit did not include in their info booklet. With fitness watches u should be wearing them ofc non dominant bc it does track steps by gps apparently but also u have to remember it's probably measuring ur steps by how u move ur arms as well. With the heart rate you wanna wear it underneath that bone on ur wrist, I don't know why don't ask me. I learned that from my wish watch bc in the instructions it said that and whenever I have an inaccurate reading on there versa I'll move it down past that bone and sure enough it's reading accurate again. I don't understand why they say to wear the band so it's able to move up and down slightly, I recommend u don't. Obviously don't have the thing so tight but it works w lights and any light coming in through any gap will give u heart rate inaccuracy as well. Now besides that I really can't give it enough verbal praise. It really is an amazing watch and I recommend it for anyone wanting to step up their fitness game. I really love the coach feature and the Fitbit app itself is super nice. I love how much they jammed into the app, I do wish I could connect it to my Lose it! account bc it's easier to track food than on fitbits app but lose it requires u to be premium to connect ur Fitbit so I can't knock Fitbit for that. I guess my last thing to note is I don't understand people's issue with the clock faces, I changed mine and it hasn't changed back at all. Also been going 2 days now and at 80% which is day and night to my old watch, that crap would need to charge every night could barely last 10 hours. OH ONE LAST THING: whoever said this felt cheap obviously has issues bc this watch feels quite luxurious to me! Granted if u expected metal I could understand but even then the plastic does not even remotely feel cheap. I've already dropped mine twice on the ground (sweaty hands after my run bc I don't like to shower w it just seems gross to me since it does get sweaty under the band and ya know dead skin and all) and not a single scuff

The Fitbit i've been waiting for

Fitbit has always been a fitness watch FIRST, so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that an Apple watch has... and it's not meant for it and it shouldnt be the reason why you buy it. It's for fitness and activity tracking and now with the new fitit versa (and ionic) they are getting into more smartwatch functionality. There are some apps you can add to the versa as well as receive notifications on the watch, but as of this review you can't reply to messages yet. Fitbit says that's coming in an update. You can sideload music directly to the versa using your computer! (so old school!... hopefully they'll get better with this one day too) and then connect your bluetooth headphones to it for real hands-free listening. you can also use pandora plus or Deezer for music.... hopefully bigger named music services will be added one day.... Bear in mind... fitbit is very new to the smartwatch game, the versa is only the second one out.. so there are limited apps and services connected to it now Design-wise... The fitbit versa is thin and very lightweight... you can barely feel it on your wrist. This is what sold me on the versa! I love it. Looks better in person too.. it feels and looks great on the hand. (get a screen protector for it tho.. i've heard folks say that theirs already has scratches on it :-/ ) the information on the watch is very readable and clear...not small at all. There are different kinds of watch bands you can buy and switch out depending on where you are going. Plenty third party folks are selling them now. Battery life is about 3-4 days. It charges pretty quickly too. I like to drop it on the charger while i take a shower so it can top up a lil. The fitbit versa does not have built in GPS (on either edition) nor fitbit pay (the limited edition one does tho... for $30 more) but since i don't run outside, leave my phone <so connected GPS is good for me>> , nor use fitbit pay, those are fine for me. If you need them, get the ionic (which was also a great product... i had that one before but got this one because of the design) I'm loving the direction fitbit is going with their devices... this one is definitely a good one

    Great Fitness Tracker and Watch

The Fitbit Versa has features that are found in much more expensive fitness track or watches. It has coaching and accurate tracking so that you can keep a good eye on your progress toward your goals and get some guidance on improving your workouts.. The watch is very durable with bands that can be changed. This feature was important to me because the last fitness watches that I had were replaced because the band broke and could not be replaced. The Fitbit Versa has a Low Profile and looks like a watch. It has multiple clock faces to meet your personality or eyesight, the digital clock setting is very easy to read on the go or while exercising. The notifications worked seamlessly with her phone. The music download feature is great from those times that you want to work out without carrying your phone. I found the Pandora app built into the phone to be particularly useful. The Fitbit app for your phone and your PC work very well with the watch. The Fitbit app also work with other fitness apps so you have a lot of flexibility in tracking your progress. I like the Fitbit app’s ability to track food intake, as a extensive list of restaurants and food items which are not constantly inputting information it also has ability to scan bar codes however the barcode function will not always work but manual entry is pretty easy and once it is entered you simply selected from the list it will also track micronutrient basics carbs fat and protein. The sleep tracking function has been incredibly helpful for me and has given me the information I needed to improve the quality of my sleep. This model is also water resistant, you can go swimming or boating without worrying about destroying the watch. However you cannot go scuba diving with the watch and expected to survive. This particular model however does not have the NFC pay capability. For me it is not worth the extra money as I would generally have my phone with me and it doesn’t bother me to tap my phone rather than my wrist. Because Fitbit is so well known in the market there is a lot of third-party products out there that will enhance the Fitbit Versa such as protective bumpers and screen guards. I always recommend as a minimum you put a screen guard on your device. If you’re active Murphy’s Law says you are going to scratch the screen if you don’t have a protective cover the Fitbit Versa has a lot of options in that area. Overall the Fitbit Versa is very durable, water resistant and an accurate tracker. After using the unit for a while I have not found a negative this is amazing because I am usually a nitpicky pessimist – Thus it earned a 5 Star rating its Well worth the money.

The Fitbit Versa works wonderfully. It tracks my steps and motivates me to reach my goals. I wear it while swimming laps, which is one of the big reasons I got it. I use it to track my workouts at the gym as well. It automatically picks up on your activities tracking your heart rate zone. The Versa like all FitBits syncs with Weight Watchers seamlessly which is also a reason I chose it over other brands. The battery life is pretty good, not as long as the Alta HR, but a ton longer than the Samsung Gear2. It goes 3-4 days before a recharge. The band is very comfortable. Swapping bands is not as easy as the Alta HR, but not difficult by any means.

It is my second Fitbit and I’ve been using it for almost a year with no problem. I love it the battery last for about three days. As my metabolism is almost zero after a total thyroidectomy for me to be able to check my steps, daily calories burned, and very important my sleep hours and quality this is a very useful tool and motivation to do my best to sleep more and keep moving as a way to keep my health and weight in balance plus the others features of a Smart watch at a reasonable price.

One of the Best Products I've Bought for Myself

When I bought this watch, I wasn't sure if I would like it. I've never been one to like having things on my wrists, but I was willing to give it a shot if it meant that I could keep track of my heart rate easily, as I'd been having issues with it at the time of making the purchase. Well, the verdict is in. I LOVE this watch! To start with the obvious, being able to see the time and date right on my wrist is a huge plus. Normally I would have to get my phone out of my pocket to do either, and now I can simply look at my wrist. I'm also able to see and reply to text messages on my wrist now (reply, to an extent), as well as see who is calling when my phone rings. As far as health aspects go, I'm equally in love with this watch. Not only can I track my heart rate on it at all times, but I can also track my steps taken, distance traveled, floors climbed, elevation gained, etc. I can also receive notifications from my phone, from the app that pairs to the Continuous Glucose Monitor on my arm to know when it's time to use my phone to scan the sensor again to check my blood sugar levels. You can even record water drank, food eaten, and use it to track exercises! Customization options are plentiful on this watch as well, with a variety of clock faces to choose from to configure it to your heart's content. Battery life can either be excellent, decent or abysmal depending on the options that you choose to enable on the watch itself, such as how often it syncs with your phone. But, it charges very quickly even when the charger cradle is plugged into a standard USB block (and not a QC 3.0 USB block). I did have to buy a new band from another vendor though, as the stock band was irritating my skin. That's not something I'm going to take a star away from the review for though, as that was a small price to pay for something that has become such a big part of my everyday life. All in all, I love this watch, and I absolutely recommend it to anyone in the market for something like it.

This watch is excellent for the person who wants a device to track fitness and only needs basic smart watch features. This watch does everything I need it to. I can see my notifications without getting my phone out, and I get all the great fitness tracking that Fitbit offers. There are some things I wish it did... Like connect to Google or Apple music... But i don't mind using my phone since I have to use it for gps tracking of my runs. I love the appearance. It's simple, classic, and Fitbit finally got away from all the angles and unnecessary bulk of their other devices. This watch is light and comfortable. I am very happy with this purchase.

I wanted a new smartwatch and the biggest comparison came down to iWatch vs. Versa. After taking into account various articles, I came to the conclusion the Versa had everything I needed especially battery life and at a price over $100 less than the iWatch. Pros: Tracking is great and I get the notifications I need. The pulse tracking matches other equipment I have used and I am learning a lot about my sleep patterns thanks to the 3-4 days I get between charges. Cons: The little things that drop the overall rating to a 4 vs. a 5 star rating are the few things it is lacking. Switching watch faces requires extra steps (especially for paid watch faces) because it only stores one face at a time. It does not have a tether feature so I don’t know if either my watch or my phone is too far away from each other. Lastly, while I get all the notifications I want, I would like a little more control over them such as different vibrations for different types of messages. Considering how much I like the watch overall, the cons are minimal but they are just enough for me to not give this a perfect rating.

I've been wearing the watch for almost two months now. I really like the style of this watch and all the applications that you can get on your wrist. The coach is pretty nice, so you can get an idea of a short work out. I used mine in the shower sometimes, without any problems, so I trust in its water resistance feature. Also, it is pretty good tracking my sleep. Although I love it, there are some cons: 1. It is not very accurate with the step counting. I would say it has 10-15% error, which is not bad, but it can be better. 2. It is very bad tracking active periods. I don't know how it estimates that, if it is only based on your hand movement or if it also includes the heart rate, but it is VERY inaccurate. I've been doing a spinning class for an hour and the watch says: you have been active for 10 min. Really!!! 3. Sometimes, I have problems syncing my watch with the Fitbit app, which I feel is more an app problem than the watch, but anyway... Again, even with those cons, I am very happy with my purchase.

I'm not a fitness guru, but I do enjoy working out on occasion and maintaining my weight. This watch, paired with the scale, helps me stay on track and stay active. Just 250 steps per hour is a nice and easy goal which keeps me in shape, plus the coach app is just what I needed. Of course, it is super cute, lightweight and has a battery life of almost week helps too.
