    Great watch

Upgraded from the Blaze since they no longer sell at Best Buy. My blaze froze and luckily I had the Geek Squad warranty so I was able to swap it with the Versa, only paying the difference. I have had it for almost 4 weeks now. Love the sleek look. Love the peach color band. I hated the syncing process which took about half a day and overnight to work. That's why I am giving 4 stars. That was the most frustrating part. There were also a couple of times when I was working out and the watch stopped tracking my exercise for no reason. It hasn't happened again but that ticked me off. Otherwise it's a great watch. Like that there are more options and the interface is better. I don't use the apps so can't comment on that. Love that it's waterproof. Blaze wasn't. This is a great substitute! Only problem is now I have to buy new bands since the blaze bands do not fit the Versa. How convenient is that? I'll buy my bands from other online retailers since they're much cheaper and have more selections. Battery life is okay I suppose. I tend to charge my watch every other day anyway so can't fully comment on the battery life length.

I've been wearing the watch for almost two months now. I really like the style of this watch and all the applications that you can get on your wrist. The coach is pretty nice, so you can get an idea of a short work out. I used mine in the shower sometimes, without any problems, so I trust in its water resistance feature. Also, it is pretty good tracking my sleep. Although I love it, there are some cons: 1. It is not very accurate with the step counting. I would say it has 10-15% error, which is not bad, but it can be better. 2. It is very bad tracking active periods. I don't know how it estimates that, if it is only based on your hand movement or if it also includes the heart rate, but it is VERY inaccurate. I've been doing a spinning class for an hour and the watch says: you have been active for 10 min. Really!!! 3. Sometimes, I have problems syncing my watch with the Fitbit app, which I feel is more an app problem than the watch, but anyway... Again, even with those cons, I am very happy with my purchase.

I give this 4 stars, due to the only things I would change, is the size of the Versa, it would be nice if it were smaller, I have tiny wrists so the versa is very large, and the syncing, it is always running in the back round on my phone. I love that it is waterproof and that you can change the display styles.

    Good watch/tracker

I've had the versa for about a month now and am mostly happy with it. The fitness tracking part of it is excellent; it's pretty comprehensive and covers a wide range of activities and it's easy to track your progress. My current phone is a Sony Xperia XA 2 Ultra and I'll have the occasional connectivity issue and I'll have to turn my Bluetooth off then on to get it to connect again. Also, there's a slight delay in the notification. When an incoming call or text comes in, the Versa doesn't vibrate immediately, it's maybe a second delay; not a big deal but it would be better if it was immediate like on other watch/trackers I've had. Lastly, to control music from your phone with the Versa is unnecessarily complicated and never works exactly how you want it. Hopefully they can fix these issues soon. Despite it's shortcomings, I'm enjoying the Versa very much and I get a lot of compliments about it.

    Decent Tracker, Stylish Design

The tracker is pretty decent, though I wish the display and things were a bit more customizable. I've had both Fitbit and Samsung trackers. I prefer the Fitbit App, but like a lot of Samsung features. For me Samsung preferences: Sleep tracker is better and gives you a notication on your device in the morning, easier to customize, picks up exercising more automatically (i.e. long walks) without you having to start the workout mode. Fitbit: This device is more stylish than Samsung designs, the Fitbit app I think is easier to use and better designed, which for me was the ultimate reason for switching back to a fitbit. The Samsung one seemed to have more trouble syncing/updating.

Great watch but I wish it was compatible with more apps. It has the look and feel of an Apple Watch. Much better than the Michael Kors. Battery life is excellent!

This is a great watch. The only thing is the fact that the surface of the screen is openly exposed. I scratched my screen on a wall within days of opening it. Moving forward, I’d probably prefer a watch with raised edges that would help to prevent easily scratching the screen. Functionality is good. There are other watches that offer better syncing features but for what I use it for (tracking steps and text notifications), it does the job.

This watch does everything it needs to for fitness. Bought one for myself (Android) and can use all functions. Bought one for my mom (iPhone) and she has some texting limits that Fitbit may correct in the future. She still loves her watch as well. Have gone swimming with it several times with no issues. Definitely recommend getting a screen protector! Fun fact... Steps and sleep don't work in Hawaii due to the magnetic fields of the volcanoes.

The Versa works well would definitely recommend; however, will admit setup was a little annoying as it took FOREVER and several tries to sync and connect to WiFi, occasionally it has issues with ‘all day sync’ which (sometimes) is due to an update for the app or your mobile device or you just need to restart the watch; otherwise great watch without the Apple Watch price tag

I can't get this FitBit to sync with WiFi at home

I bought this watch and paid extra to download 300 of my favorites songs otherwise I would have just bought the Versa Lite. I can't get it to sync with my home WiFi so I can download my songs it is synced with my Iphone 8 but in order to download the songs it must be on your home WiFi which I can't get to happen. I have done the trouble shooting with FitBit and have gotten no where. I went in to Best Buy and was treated rudely, they wanted me to pay 40.00 to update the watch which I have not even had 30 days and I not sure that would even help. I was able to get the person at the main entrance to see it would work with your WiFi and it did, went home and want work with mine. I am at a loss but I have brought many product fro Best Buy, I know its not my router because it is fairly new I brought it from you guys. I not happy with FitBit assistance and I'm sure not happy with how the rude person was to me at the Gee Squad

Setting it up was kind of a pain for whatever reason. I got concerned that it wasn't syncing with my device. Eventually the next day it worked. Overall, I love the product. I am not a watch nor jewelry person, it was easy to get used to and love I can see who is calling, messages, and keeping better track of my health.

I bought for Christmas. Received a great deal. I don't like that I can not sync with my phone for some reason and any decent faces or app cost money then you can not find them after you purchase them. Now, this is more than likely operator error but is should be made user friendly!

The watch great, easy to use and set up. The only problem I've encountered is sometimes it has problem connecting with the fitbit app and updating your daily stats. My husband has the same watch and has experienced the same problem.

Ordered this for my wife. After 4 days the Fitbit would not still not sync with her phone. Read some reviews to discover this seemed to be a common issue with this model Fitbit. This is unfortunate because a Fitbit is essentially useless if you can’t save your activity in the app. Returned it to the store and exchanged it for another one. The second one works perfectly. I’d recommend this to anyone but be aware that you may get a unit that doesn’t work. If so, just return and try another. I know it’s a little inconvenient, but it’s a great product when working appropriately.

This device was great. The packaging however needs work. There is nowhere in the packaging that indicates which phone OS it is compatible with. After purchasing and much research I finally was able to find out that if you had an Android device that is older than OS 5 this watch will not work properly with it. Bought this a a present for my girlfriend for Christmas and had to return it because her phone was Android 4.4.2 and could not upgrade to a later version. I would recommend this, but do a bit of research first to see if it is compatible with your phone.

I love my Fitbit Versa, which I purchased because my Apple Watch is a security no-no at my job. My only real complaint is that it doesn't work well with my functioning phone, an LG Aristo 2, but I really think that is my phone, not my Fitbit. Luckily, I have an out-of-commission iPhone that I use as an iPod, and it works great with that, as long as I have wifi. All in all, I highly recommend this Fitbit. It even has apps like a calculator, pixel picture creator, and games, plus it just added a bitmoji watch face, which I have yet to download, but look forward to checking out on my day off.

    Replacement for my Blaze

I bought the Versa to replace a fitbit blaze I had for over 2 years. It was not keeping a charge and then it got wet in a pool so it finally died. So far the Versa has been a welcome improvement over the Blaze. The numbers are much easier to read and I can see the display much easier in bright sunlight. I give it a 4 because, like the Blaze, it has issues syncing with my google phone but does ok with my work iPhone. I just wish fitbit could resolve this somewhat problematic sync issue.
