So far I love the Versa. I use it for surfing and it is totally waterproof in the ocean. Love the steps counter and heart rate monitor. Love the silent alarm so I don't have to wake up the whole family. The only downside is sometimes it resists syncing and I haven't been able to get my music on this. It also is very sad it only works with Pandora instead of Spotify. But besides that, I love it.

I love the Fitbit Versa. It is waterproof and can track my runs through the GPS on my phone. I love that I can personalize my screen too!

The Fitbit Versa is the best smartwatch I have owned and let me tell you why. I have owned it now for 8 months and have put it through a pretty good test drive. I am one of those people that leave it on 24/7. I hardly ever notice it's there and love that it is light and does not make my wrist sweat. I have had other smart watches in the past including Fossil and Samsung gear. What I did not like about the Fossil is that it was circular in design and kinda big. Plus I was worried about getting it wet or doing any kind of workout with it. My problem with the Samsung gear was that when I would get a notification it would send it to my watch and I would see it and then "dismiss" the notification only to pull out my phone later and see that the same notification was still there. It would make me think that I missed a text or a phone call when in fact I hadn't. It was annoying that I had to clear the notification twice. And again it was circular in design. With the Versa it is still compatible with my galaxy phone and it does dismiss notifications if I want it to. I can also do short pre typed messages. I shower with this watch on everyday and it has showed no signs of the water affecting it. Other than that I have recently swam with it on for more than an hour at a time. I swam in a warm pool and a very hot jacuzzi. I also spent a lot of time in a steam room. Non of these things have affected the performance of the watch in any way that I can tell or measure. I have also enjoyed this latest update that they did, it cleaned up the look of things and gave me more info that i could look at from my watch. I also like the period tracker app that they have on the Fitbit app. I am a man, but I am married to a beautiful woman. I like how my watch will tell me when "my period" is about to start so that I can be on the lookout and get some chocolates when they are needed. For any women reading this, you can also edit your period duration and log symptoms or if you are trying to get pregnant it will tell you when you are most likely ovulating. The other features on this watch are really great. It has an alarm clock and an interval timer and it even has little workouts that it will guide you through. I think what I would suggest to anyone that is on the fence about this watch is, buy it from Bestbuy and try it out for 14 days. You can return anything to Bestbuy within 15 days and get a full refund for that product. So you can use that time to decide if you want to keep it. Oh and one more thing. I really like the bands and the fact that they are so easy to switch out for any type of occasion. Thanks for reading my review and I hope this helps!

I'm an avid FitBitter, since Spring 2015. I just upgraded from the Blaze to the Versa. I was so disappointed with the looks of the Ionic (not to mention size!) and I just knew, in the back of my mind, to wait. There HAD to be a "waterproof Blaze 2" coming out, I told myself... Well! Talk about patience being a virtue, I'm well rewarded by my wait! The Versa set up SO easily, it took a half hour to set up, but it told me this at the get-go. literally said make sure you've approx. 30 minutes. That's about all she took, and I'm up and running! Got "Nothing Special" as my first clockface, it loaded quickly and with no problems. I have not loaded my music on yet, but HAVE used it to control the music on my phone with perfect success! downloaded the calculator app, and the water logging app- thrilled to log my water via my watch! :) The 1.000 nit screen... idk what a "nit" is as far as electronics, but Woooooo! 1,000 nits! :D The grey band is very light-grey, and SO soft to the touch! This? Is the soft, comfortable, *waterproof* Fitbit of my dreams!

Upgraded from the Blaze since they no longer sell at Best Buy. My blaze froze and luckily I had the Geek Squad warranty so I was able to swap it with the Versa, only paying the difference. I have had it for almost 4 weeks now. Love the sleek look. Love the peach color band. I hated the syncing process which took about half a day and overnight to work. That's why I am giving 4 stars. That was the most frustrating part. There were also a couple of times when I was working out and the watch stopped tracking my exercise for no reason. It hasn't happened again but that ticked me off. Otherwise it's a great watch. Like that there are more options and the interface is better. I don't use the apps so can't comment on that. Love that it's waterproof. Blaze wasn't. This is a great substitute! Only problem is now I have to buy new bands since the blaze bands do not fit the Versa. How convenient is that? I'll buy my bands from other online retailers since they're much cheaper and have more selections. Battery life is okay I suppose. I tend to charge my watch every other day anyway so can't fully comment on the battery life length.

About time they made a Fitbit that was waterproof! Love the functionality of this watch. Nice colors. It’s most useful when synced to Fitbit App but I’m guilty about NOT doing this. App is pretty awesome too. Wished they did a continuous scroll for the exercise options. The “workout” and “treadmill” modes are near the end and I can’t scroll backwards making it longer to access. =\ This is more of an annoyance especially when you’re trying to fit in a quick workout. Battery lasts for about 4 days depending on how many alarms or notifications you use. I do love the alarm bc it just vibrates and there is NO SOUND. This is awesome when you don’t want to wake up a sleeping spouse. Not liking the band bc it’s a pain to take off. I originally got a bumper guard for it but stopped using it bc the sheer difficulty in locking the spring lever on the band back in place. Definitely recommend a tempered glass protective screen. The screen dings and scratches super duper easy. The protective screens are like about $8-10 on Amazon and you get 2 and totally worth it considering price of watch. I almost got the iWatch instead, but I didn’t like the dial. The iWatch was also $50 more than the Versa. Still happy with my choice.

My daughter tried to talk me into an Apple Watch but I don’t care to answer text while I’m exercising. I can read to check if an emergency, so I am good. Battery life is excellent- at least 4 days - which is wonderful. Apple can give two days at the most. Waterproof is another great feature. Can’t beat the price for the quality! I used Best Buy points which was also great! ❤️ So far, no issues after about a month.

so ive had a few fitbits up till now, this new model was a gift for my birthday since i have been swiming and i cant use the water resistant ones. this one comes waterpoof and is great for those times when you go for a swim or occasionally get your watch wet no more worries. pros battery life seems better waterproof nice design band options seems more like watch cons buttons seem harder to push

I replaced a Microsoft Band 2 with this watch. My take on the first two months of use are: + screen is easy to read + waterproof means I can rinse it off after working out + battery lasts several days if you are wearing it as a watch and not using it to track workouts + daily charge takes less than 20 minutes + vibration alarm wakes me up every time + band material appears to be holding up well with minimal to no scuffs - I find the band latch difficult to remove when taking the watch off - settings were hard to figure out. Need to dig through the Fitbit app to configure the watch - somewhat annoying to put in the charger - TONS of emails from Fitbit about every little thing the watch recorded. These should be opt-in. - wanted to use the watch without making a Fitbit account which is not possible Overall, I'm happy with the watch. It doesn't have built in GPS (which my Band 2 did at this price point), but I wasn't willing to pay $100+ more to get it. I would buy the Versa again. Would rate 5 stars if it included GPS on the watch - no phone required.

I give this 4 stars, due to the only things I would change, is the size of the Versa, it would be nice if it were smaller, I have tiny wrists so the versa is very large, and the syncing, it is always running in the back round on my phone. I love that it is waterproof and that you can change the display styles.

Fantastic smart watch that is about 80% of an Apple Watch for less than half the price. Waterproof tracker that adds a ton of smart watch features and has great battery life. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that the Apple Watch does, its a fitness smartwatch-not and entertainment watch.

First off I love this smart watch. It does everything it claims to with ease except for one flaw. The battery life does not last 4+ days. 3 if your lucky with all the notifications shut off including message and phone alerts. I turned mine off simply because you need to have your phone within close proximity and since that's the case there is no need to have the battery life shortened more by getting mail and phone alerts. I would recommend this time piece as an all encompassing watch and fitness tracker. I especially like that it tracks the stages of sleep every night. Don't let the battery issue stop you as it still get's more life than any other on the market. Really like the size on my wrist as well. It doesn't sit so high that you'll be knocking it on everything around. It's the only one that is completely waterproof as well.

The fit bit Versa was exactly what I was hoping for. It’s perfect for receiving notifications, telling time, and the fitness coach is an added bonus. This is my first smart watch and it was very easy to set up with my iPhone 8. Battery holds life well. I especially like the waterproof feature as I’m a hairstylist and the watch gets wet often. I actually would like to give the watch 5 stars, the only issue I haven’t figured out yet is how to manage which workouts show up for fitness coach on the watch. I can get them on the phone app but I only have a select few that show up on the watch. I love this feature and use it , I’m just not sure how to manage....may just be a learning curve.

9 months with this smartwatch and it's still going strong. It has everything I need, waterproof, step counter, heart beat rpm, music, long battery life, phone and email notification, and sleep tracker. I wish the os had more available apps, like Spotify but loading my music on it works fine for me. It has held up well during hiking, swimming, jet skiing, camping, fishing, and even being smashed against a boulder without shattering. Sure it lacks all the fancy animations, visual refinement of the os, and apps of an Apple watch or Samsung gear, but I'm always reminded that this is classic Fitbit and relatively inexpensive.

I had wanted more of a regular smartwatch but after trying a Ticwatch Pro that was super heavy, decided on the Versa. I've had a Fitbit one for years just to track steps and the Versa has been right on count compared to it. I like the sleep tracking and it being waterproof. I've had a little difficulty with text messages - sometimes they don't come through and other times I keep getting old messages repeatedly, but since that wasn't my main focus in getting it I haven't bothered to find out why. Hated the strap it came with so I got a soft nylon one with velcro from Amz, easy to change out.

For the price and features this was a great upgrade from my Blaze. I needed the upgrade for waterproof so I could wear it while swimming. Battery life is very good. Personally I didn’t want that pay thing I still don’t trust them yet. It’s not massively accurate but close enough to motivate and keep track. It’s got many more features I haven’t had a chance to use yet. I’ve already changed the band twice. My wife is upset because my good watch sits in the drawer. I’m addicted to step counting.

This watch it hard to beat for the money. It does everything the expensive watches do. The touchscreen is very smooth, easy to use and has great clarity. It’s great for kids and adults. My GF and daughter Wear it all the time to get an accurate calorie count so you know how many calories to eat daily. So far we used it for rock climbing, bike riding, and swimming. Yes it is water proof to 66 ft. So unless your going scuba diving it will work fine for you. Highly recommend it for adults and children.

Great watch for just fitness & alerts. I don’t need all the bells and whistles of an Apple Watch I had one and did not like it. I love the fact that it’s waterproof, easy to use, the sports band, screen is just right size for my wrist & display is bright. I love that I can put a personal picture as a clock face display. Phone/text alerts are nice (just like Apple) but you cannot respond or answer, which I’m ok with. I just wanted easy & simple and Fitbit got it right for me. I love it!!

So fair this has been of of the best fitbit's. I like i do not have to take it of to get in water. I like that it is more like a regular watch, you do not have to separate the device from the band to charge. The battery life is great for about 4 days before i have to recharge. Now this can be affected if you are trying to use all the notifications features. I am not, i only use a few of the basic notifications features, because i know this can affect the battery life.

There is so much to love! Great pedometer, flights of stairs counter, heart rate, and more. I like that I can wear it all the time without worrying about it getting wet. I love that I can customize the watch face. Great reminder to get my 250 steps in per hour. I lost 125 pounds and I want to keep it off by getting in my exercise...I like that my texts and calls alert me on this watch. So happy with this! Great product!
