The watch bands are not user friendly and my wife and I have a hard time taking them on and off. But over all we like the product

I transitioned from a Charge HR to the Versa as my Charge HR suddenly died after having it for 2 years. Despite that issue, I purchased the Fitbit Versa. The first year I had it, it was great. Occasionally after that, I would have issues with it charging, but nothing that was a big deal. I didn't wear it daily and it was well taken care of (turned off and put away on a shelf when not in use, never submerged in water, always stored in a dry place). Suddenly, the screen goes out and now I am unable to use it at all. A few more issues with charging, syncing and delays started before it completely died as well as the screen freezing and only showing the start up screen. I did shut it down, reset, and replace the charger. None of it worked. At the price you pay for it, it's not worth it as there is no assistance or repair options. When contacting Fitbit, they simply offer 20% off your next purchase. It's worth your money to spend a little more and get an Apple watch rather than purchasing from Fitbit.

I don't think the watches count steps accurately but everyone else swears by them. Try for yourself and see how you like it.

I own the Fitbit Alta and the iWatch but the Fitbit Versa is my favorite by far, its quick, light, and easy to use. I love this watch!

I loved this watch but I was allergic to the band and had to send it back. Other then that it's a great fitness watch.

I bought the new Fitbit Versa for my daughter to replace her older model. She loves the new Fitbit and all of its features.

Love love this device! It keeps me constantly thinking about and physical being! the hourly reminders to move/get steps in are great!

So thankful we had the BBY protection in my wife’s blaze. The blaze stopped syncing and this was actually cheaper. She loves it and it works great

It serves its purpose. I thought it had GPS but that's okay. If only it can work as a location device and call up your phone if need be.

This is a very helpful watch for my wife, she's type 1 diabetic so it helps with her carb counting etc...…..she likes everything about it.

The watch is a good buy. I dislike having to charge it so frequently. It’s actually less than the 4 days that’s being promoted on charging.

Broke six months into use but Fitbit replaced with a newer model..Band made a blister on my wrist...

Upgraded from a Charge HR and I am so glad I did! Love all the features especially the one that reminds me to move each hour!! Awesome product!!!

Purchased as a gift for a friend. I haven't received any complaints about the watch. No news is good news?!
