Terrible Product. Constantly Fails. Useless

The product fails weekly. Ive lost track of how many times they’ve told me to reset the watch and the app and restart my phone and turn off Bluetooth and dozEns of other steps. The customer service is awful. Total junk product. Even when it worked , it wasnt accurate. You could be sitting down and next thing you know, it logs 1000 steps. I never got notifications on my watch despite all the settings being correct. Just an awful experience with this technology and a HUGE waste of. Money . Should have returned it sooner because now Best Buy wont help me and Fit Bit is useless. Wanted to give it zero stars but this forced me to give it 1

Potentially defective

By July 9th the battery didn't last 24 hours between charges. I was able to contact Fitbit and they were able to replace it for me. The replacement process was quick and easy but it was annoying having to replace it so quickly. Other than that it works exactly as I expect it to.
