Just like many people, I lived a very active life style prior to covid filled with surf, run, bike, canoe paddle with this watch. this watch was very functional up until it wasn't. Out of nowhere it stopped functioning completely in March 2020. It does not charge, the screen would glitch on and off and now it does not turn on at all. Prior to this, the time would always be off by hours and the only way to fix it would be to visit the Fitbit app and "Sync" with the watch. I found myself doing this continuously throughout the day. My mother has the Fitbit Alta and we had to call Fitbit to have the watch reset with the correct time. I researched the Fitbit website and the warranty is only for 1 year.
