Bought this for my mom and she was able to use it for about 6 months no problem, now it never wants to connect to her cell phone. Disappointed

I like the watch and most of its features, but the main reason I bought the watch was for the heart rate monitor. However, the monitor is usually WAY off from my actual heart rate, so I cannot rely on it for an accruate reading.

After receiving this smart watch it took my husband and myself hours to just get it to connect to the fitbit app and come on. I never could get the downloadable music feature to work. I even bought and paid for a subscription to Deezer to try to get it to work. The watch would also crash every time I tried to change the look of the home screen. I have returned this watch and got a Samsung Gear Sport. I love love love the Samsung watch. Everything on it works exactly as it is supposed to. Good riddance Fitbit Versa

The watch was great at first but after about a year the glue that keeps the watch face in place wore off and for $200 this shouldn’t of happen. I personally like the Apple watch more.

This was my second fitbit watch. Seemed to be the only decent smartwatch to buy at the time. I found the face hard to read in the light and numbers/words seemed small. Face colors are dull.

I bought this to keep track of my steps. However, after using it for a few days, I found out that it was way off on the number of steps. Before I had even put it on for the day, it said I have a couple thousand steps...

Screen died in less than 2 years and if you didn't buy Best Buy support , and it's past their 1 yr Factory limited warranty you're on your own.

The Versa doesn't allow you to receive text/calls/email notifications which is a feature previously available by its predecessor the Blaze. As a watch and exercise tracker it works great but not a phone watch.

It was cool as long it last. Mine didn't work after almost a year of use so I had on chance to change it for another one. I thank to the garantie of the manufacturer.

Weather function didn’t work, music setup failed, and it didn’t correctly calculate floors. Definitely not what I was expecting and most likely will be returning for an Apple watch. Was overall unpleased.

It was a gift for my girlfriend. She cannot wear it due to a rash caused by the arm band. Contacted fitbit for a fix it refund but all I was told was to clean it and not wear it too tight.

Good when showing what actually happens when sitting at a desk all day compared to HIIT. When comparing with GPS on running app compared to GPS on device, there are some differences. As a guide, it works ok.

Nice fitness watch. Not as streamlined an operating system as Apple Watch which I ended up returning this Versa for. It does the job but Apple Watch has more features and more accessories.

Its a good fitness watch but o have returned 2x due to the watch counting stairs when I have done none. Sometimes it will say 2 stairs or up to 30 stairs. I hate this. I have had this problem with all 3.

So I got this to upgrade from the cheaper looking ones. To tell you the truth does the same stuff. Hard to get the apps to work right. And had it for months now and still can't download my music into it!
