    Keeps track of steps, just like the other fitbits. Not a fan of the apps on it but can be removed. Can add a few apps to it. Don't like how you have to upgrade your Pandora to only get 3 stations on it.

    I found myself using it as a watch. Nothing else. So it was useless. I can keep track of my steps with the Fitbit app without needing a Fitbit. So I returned it today. Nothing wrong just not for me.

    Like it but really wish you could answer phone and text back. Also the vibration is too weak.i wish there was a sunsung smart watch and versa meshed together

    This is a nice product but I had to return bc it didn’t connect to my phone ..tried several times..just decided to go with the Apple Watch

    The thing didn't work, it must have been a bad one because I reset and redownloaded a few times I searched forums and did what they did to fix it which it did for a few days and it would mess up again. It would freeze, it never uploaded my progress it stalled for hours and never would upload maybe once so I checked the wifi, the blu tooth etc I should have went with the apple watch. Waste of Money since after 15 days you cannot return it.

    There's not enough direction for the watch, found tips on you tube. I had to call Fitbit for help. Wore the watch for a few days, now Its out of sync, waiting for a new one from Fitbit.

    Had to do a factory reset on this, sitting with customer service in the phone for an hour. Hoping the newer model doesn’t have the issues.

    Decent watch. Definitely does NOT last for 4 days on a full charged battery. I maybe get a day and a half. Not to many watch faces to choose from unless you want to pay extra for them.

    The app wouldn't connect. It also had a cheap feel. I returned. My advice is to get a brand that matches the brand of the device you have.

    I have been using a Fitbit tracker since 2012 and was interested in upgrading to the Versa watch since I swim lots. I thought it would be nice to track my laps. I quickly realized that this wasn't at all accurate as far as distance. It did measure time and sometimes heart rate, but distance was off by 200-600 yds. Battery life was not what I expected, even though I disabled all-day sync. The watch also didn't come on unless I pressed buttons. Flicking my wrist or tapping the touch screen didn't work. On Day 9 my heart rate tracker stopped working. Customer support tried to be helpful; we reset the watch to factory settings and reinstalled the software. Took 2 hours. Still no heart rate tracker. Ultimately, I was offered a replacement. At that point I had no confidence that the next watch wouldn't have similar problems. Since the watch was still within the return period, I elected to return it for a refund and continue to use my Fitbit One. It's a great product. Too bad Fitbit decided to discontinue it!

    Love the Fitbit Versa but totally disappointed by not being able to order an extra large wristband - have to wear it on the very last notch and strap doesn’t stay well.

    Should have read between the lines when I was told Fitbit no longer offered an extended warranty. I bought two Versa’s 11 months ago. They were exchanged with two Blaze that crashed just before their two year warranty expired. The Versa’s have been nothing but trouble. Time is always an hour or two off. The “steps” make me scream. After my two hour walk this morning it shows 37 steps. I could go on, but I’ll spare you. I will leave you with this advice. Look at all your options. Stay away from Fitbit.

    I really like the Fitbit versa. My only issue is that the battery was shot a month after I purchased it. However, the warranty and the customer service was very quick to help.

    I loved my Fitbit Versa watch for the first year after I purchased it. It teally motivated me to get into shape providing me with very useful goal feedback and tracked my vitals accurately. All feedback was successfully sent to my cell phone. Then suddenly, it stopped working. Cannot connect Fitbit to the phone any longer, doesn't keep accurate dates or times, etc. Extremely disappointed. Attempts to get it fixed were unsuccessful.

    Had issues with device not refreshing step counter daily even after reset. Apparently a known issue. Also if streaming music to Fitbit flyer must have pandora plus subscription.

    Had trouble with step counter after 1 week. Fitbit insurance is replacing the Versa. It has taken me two weeks to get the new watch head. I have to resync the watch tomorrow.

    Overall a good smartwatch . But in future they need to solve their software issue before releasing a product. Very limited app. Would be good if they could make it on android.

    The Versa is good for tracking steps and heart rate. However, when it comes to tracking time/length of sleep it doesn't consistently get it right.

    My versa failed after 2 short weeks. Contacted the Fitbit support team and they determine quickly I was eligible for a replacement. Received replacement within 7 days.

    Everyone says this is a great watch, but i had connectivity trouble on a sqmsung galaxy 7. Never would connect, had to return. Maybe try again if i upgrade.
