Had a lot of issues connecting to my older Android Phone using bluetooth. Seems to work much better after upgrading my phone.

Replacing a samsung gear 2 because of battery life. Ended being as bad as the gear 2. Could not make it last more than 2 days without recharging it. Very few usage.

Was hoping for a smooth performance, however, already it’s not keeping data accurately, while wearing it. Perhaps this one is defected. Will be returning it.

The watch was fine when it worked until it stopped working and that’s when the issue started. It was past the point Best Buy could do anything and Fitbit refused to refund when they couldn’t replace with the same watch as purchased because it was not purchased from them. They sent misleading emails and drug out replacement process toward the end of warranty.

The Fitbit died on 12/15/2021. It's death has convinced me to not buy another Fitbit product.

I wouldn’t say this should be considered a ‘smart watch’ since it only does a few thing my current Apple Watch does now. Very average quality.

I really like it except the band irritates my wrist but I was kinda disappointed to learn that the versa 2 came out a week or two later!!

I bought this and though it was good for an entry level. However, I ended up returning and buying a Samsung watch which had more funcationality.

Bought this but it didn't have the functionality of the Apple Watch that my kids have. Returned it and got an Apple Watch, which I really love.

Good product, but still missing a lot of functions to have the full smartwatch experience. Fitbit products are great, but this one fell short for me.

We are on the third fit bit in the last two years. My wife wears this daily and the battery life is horrible only 2 -2 1/2 days tops. The fit bit works great for the first few months and then begins to not hold a charge or not connect to the phone, etc. we have had is swapped out under the best buy warranty each time at no charge but are looking for another product to replace this one. She does not sweat much and does not use it around the water.

CANT READ THE TEXTS. 75% OF THE REASON I GOT THE FIT BIT. USING A NOTE5 PHONE. TRIED EVERYTHING. EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT.

Hard to maneuver around, uses a lot of battery life from my phone. Kind of big and bulky for a woman. Kind of expensive for what it really does.

Street drains very quickly. Does not hold up to 4 day charge. I dint see what’s draining it since I’m basically just getting the time daily.

After less than a year the face has fallen off. I love the product but thought it would last longer.

Works awesome for about a year, like every other fit bit product we have owned. Switched over to the gear. Time will tell

The software constantly breaks. When the device is able to work with my samsung galaxy it is great but breaks to often for my liking.

I got this for my wife for our anniversary. It was ok but we liked the charge 2 to better so we took it back and bought a tablet instead.

Looks nice, get app fro Fitbit, but product itself is below average. Took it on a 5k and it recorded 2.5 miles, pretty far off. I don’t want to have to take phone everywhere and there is no way to calibrate or change it. Additionally mine had a hard time to syncing. I returned and got a Garmin. Also Apple version 1 is now only 150, much better product for price.

Overall a good product but the lower rating because of not being able to respond to text messages or phone calls from the watch with an iPhone
