I only had this watch for 9 days before the heart rate tracker failed. I spent over 2 hours in an online chat with Fitbit support trying to resolve the issue, but it didn't work. I was not happy with it prior to the heart rate tracking malfunction. The touch screen was not responsive. Sometimes flicking my wrist worked and other times it didn't. The swim tracker was off all 4 times I used it. I knew my exact distance, yet the tracker gave me variable higher laps than I actually swam. The battery barely lasted 2 days, despite me turning off the all-day syncing. It seems that if I used it to actually track an activity (the reason I bought it), the battery life decreased quickly. I decided that I didn't want to replace my watch. Thankfully it was still within the return period so I got a refund.

I love this watch but the edges of it get scratched up so it that it look old after just a few months.

Versa Battery is totally Inadequate. If you want the battery times the seller promotes you have to disable many of the features that makes the Versa seem attractive. These things drain the battery drastically, and it can take up to 2 hours to fully charge... - Using an interactive or animated clock face. - Using All-Day Sync with Fitbit app. (if you turn it off, many apps including Weather won't work.) - Using wake screen when you turn your wrist. - Using heart rate data. - Using call, text, and calendar notifications. - Using reminders to move every hour. - Using more than a couple of silent alarms They recommend you shut down your Versa when it's not in use. What!!!

The down fall is we had to have it exchanged 2 times. the first time it blacked out in 3 days. the second one had a button missing.

All good except for the heart rate under good load - anything above 120-125 bpm is not accurate at all which is a big minus for me

The battery life was incredible the biggest problem is the watch gave different features to iPhone and Android users. For instance iPhone users have the ability to accept and reject calls from the watch, while android users cannot. And android users have the ability to quick reply to texts while iPhone users cannot. Also the app has issues constantly.

I bought this for my wife and she used to complain of disconnecting from phone multiple times in a day and rest it’s fine.

Watch turned off spontaneously and required warranty replacement.

I was so excited to finally get the FitBit Versa! Literally two weeks into wearing it and the screen went all pixelated. I went online to the fitbit site as well as other reviews and apparently this is an issue with the Versa. Enough technology to take care of without worrying that this thing is going to break again. I returned it!

The watch battery does not give you a warning when it is about to stop so I have been left without a watch more times than I care to say. Makes life difficult. Fitbit told me to stop and snyc the watch 4 times a day; that is ridiculous and I have no time to do that. There are not helpful at all. I never use it anymore. Waste of money

Battery performance is not even as good (poor) as the literature indicated. I am lucky to get 3 days before having to charge.

The Versa has pretty much all the functions you need. The tracker stopped syncing after 18 month making useless.

It has a flashing red light on the back of the watch that can NOT be turned off. This is my 3rd Fitbit product and my last.

I find it to be a beginners suitable fitbit, I really LOVED My Blaze thats I was told No longer being manufactured

The fitbit is fun to use, but he app is clumsy and not intuitive. Took about 2 hours for app to setup everything correctly.

Does everything as advertised . The only thing I would change is comfort. I haven't had a watch on for years so it my just be me.

I had my fitbit versa for a total of 3 weeks and in the middle of the night the display stopped working. I wish I would of known before hand that these had that issue. Luckily there was a glitch in bestbuys system when I bough it because I got a replacement plan on it. But they do not offer it anymore so I turned around and got the new Samsung Watch Fit for the same price and better watch.

Worked well when it worked. Crashes a lot though and eventually died so we returned it.

Had to buy a second one because the first one went bad right when the warranty expired
