Limited apps for a smart watch, display light dont let you sleep well

Nice looking watch but not a good fit for big guys .. look like a kids watch on my wrist...

Well made Smartwatch but lacks microphone to allow answering of cell phone calls on actual watch

Bought for my son. I was going to buy one for myself. He said it was very glitchy

First, the Best Buy salesman was positive that this watch had full built in GPS. NO, IT DOESN'T. It needs to connect to the GPS in your phone to track you. The salesman just lied. Second, the watch won't connect reliably to the phone. When the app was first installed on the phone, it connected for about a day and then refused to connect again. After a week, we uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. Once again the watch got GPS from the phone for about a day before losing it again. Unfortunately, my wife threw away the box right after getting it home so we can't return the watch. Don't buy this watch if you want it to work!

I didn't like it. It was way to plain for me. I wanted a bit more than what fitbit had to offer.

I went swimming once and it broke. That was July 15th. It’s now August 7th and I still haven’t received a replacement. I’ve had a few other Fitbits and they used to be so good about minimizing downtime if you had an issue. Not anymore. I would not buy this watch or any other Fitbit again.

This was my third Fitbit. They last about as long as the warranty. Could never get it to pair up with my watch without buying something. One day it wouldn’t charge and when I finally got it to charge it changed times and wouldn’t go back. Strap kept coming off on one end. I surprised I didn’t lose it.

I bought this mainly for the heart rate and the steps. I'm sad to say the steps are not accurate at all and the sleep hours the same. I have reset few times and to no avail. I will return before trial days expire. I was also unable to download my music into it. I'm also sad that this item is no longer supported by BESTBUY's extended warranty.

I've had the Fitbit-Versa for (1) week now, and it really fell short of my expectations! It's inaccurate, doesn't sync, doesn't track sleep, and battery life is no more than 2.5 days. Took off the Versa before bed last night. When I took it off the charger this morning, 6,746 steps were already calculated for the day. It also calculates steps while I'm driving my car, and tells me that it recognizes this "exercise as biking"! Had no luck getting the Versa to sync throughout the day or track my sleep, and the battery life hasn't exceeded 2.5 days. I initially thought this watch might be defective. After seeing others reviews, it appears that the issues that I'm experiencing with the Versa seem to be common! I'm taking the Versa back to Best-Buy for a refund today!

Worked as expected. Would like to be able to text from it. Performance is food for exercise.

It had great color. Took too long to download. Just not as savvy as the Samsung galaxy's Watch

It is nice, really nice, but that fact that I don’t consistently get notifications is quite stupid. For $200, I shouldn’t have to have my phone forget my device and then find it again. I’m going to return it right now in the hopes that I’ve just got a funky device. I want to keep my Versa, but I’ll downgrade to a Charge 3 if it acts right.

Bought this because I thought it would track fitness and monitor messages. Did not work very well.

Don't buy it a waste or your money buy something else with your money

I like the watch but but it would never stay connected to the app on my phone

I like the samsung more user friendly. But overall it's ok symbols the apple watch:).

I loved it when I first got it, but trying to sync with a off brand scale is not working!!

The watch is great the only thing that is a drawback is that it records steps when driving

Lots of good features but we were not able to get all of them to work correctly, or at all.
