Looks cheap so not using it. Old Charge is great so I would expect this to be even better.

Owned for a little less than 14 months. It just simply fell apart. Never went swimming with it, never submerged it under water although it is supposed to be able to. Reached out to get assistance in the defect and was advised there was no defect. Each unit gets more expensive and each unit is made more poorly. The is my 3rd unit and I can’t do it again. Terrible quality!!! Very disappointed! Moving on to Apple Watch. The constant disappointment has forced me to at least try Apple Watch.

I work out four-five times a week. I liked the charge 2 tried “up grading” to this......it.is.horrible. Tried to make it work for two weeks before I returned it. The HR was crazy wrong. I wore my charge 2 one day just to compare and the readings on the Versa made it look like I had never gotten out of bed. I liked the cool touch screen and fun faces but I needed and wanted an exercise watch. It had wrong steps and stairs too. It would log over 8000 before noon. SO off. When I returned it the Best Buy worker laughed and said they the Versa is having a horrible time “staying sold”. She said they get returned way too much. Two workers agreed that they wished they stop claiming them to be “workout watches”. Waste of time and money. I bought a similar watch from Garmin and it has been Awesome!! Totally accurate!! Yes I did every adjust and setting that Fitbit suggested. It simply sucked.

Two major issues, first is that the sync always has issues with the LG phone. Fitbit costumer support says it does not work reliably with many phone since Fitbit is not staying on top of upgrades for many newer phones, check to see if your phone is compatable with your phone first. Second is the screen is really sensitive to cracking, and once cracked, it has no replacement capabilities from Fitbit or other vendors. My wife’s cracked after two months and doesn’t recall bumping against anything. Fitbit says we should have bought the extended warranty, seems like a lot of people are disgruntled with their screens cracking, maybe its a design issue. I personally would go with the Apple Watch next time.

All was working great with it until at about the 6 month mark my Versa stopped receiving text notification from my iPhone after updating my phone os to os13. This is apparently a known issue on Fitbit’s end for which they still haven’t identified a solution. Now more recently, the touch screen was not working intermittently and then stopped being responsive to touch all together. As much as I love the Fitbit platform, I wish for the sake of better customer service and better made equipment that I had gone with the Apple Watch. I wouldn’t buy a Fitbit tracker again. There’s also a couple of other quirky things- like I can’t edit the length of my run and it’s sleep tracker is often way off. Not being able to edit my exercise after the fact is a big one though. Customer support claims you can but functionally you can’t.
