My FitBit Versa overheated on my wrist and then completely died less than a year after I purchased it. I contacted FitBit and they sent me a replacement. About six months later the replacement suddenly stopped working and completely crapped out. FitBit will not replace it because the original 1 year warranty was up on my first device and any replacement falls under the original warranty period. Don’t waste your money. These are complete junk and FitBit apparently doesn’t have the integrity to stand behind the quality of their products enough to do more than offer you a discount on more of their unreliable products. I’ve purchased many of their products over the years but they have lost me as a customer.

good value , but i prefer using my apple watch , which has lot more functionality

Took it back because my wife decided she didn’t want it.

I used Microsoft band, Samsung gear Fit2 pro, Fitbit Alta. Versa is nowhere close to Smartwatches, its just a good looking Fitness watch. Please dont compare with Apple Watch this watch has just 10-15% features of a smartwatch like apple or Samsung. I would say this should not be more than 90 bucks

Poor band design. Pin pops out allowing band and watch to fall off wrist.

Please read Fitbit Versa forums. Since this product was launched a common and numerous reported problem is Fitbit Versa suddenly stops working and shuts down after a month or so. Mine was bought during the 2nd quarter of 2019 and stopped working after less than 2 months. Also, the watch suddenly does not charge. Factory reset functionality (pressing all the buttons) does not work either. Nobody in Fitbit forum community has come up with any viable solution. While it’s still under warranty, Fitbit replaces the watch without cost. Although, Fitbit Customer Service provides excellent service and understands the issue, Fitbit has not come up with a solution and has not detected the root cause of this problem. It is a hassle to have a smart watch that suddenly stops, so my suggestion is do not buy.

Great tracker but not for detailed media! Can't type or talk on watch.

Reading are different from treadmill. Also counts rocking in chair as steps?

Makes a good gift for a younger active teen. I can’t even use it anymore since I switched iPhones, for whatever reason the Fitbit just stuck to my previous iPhone and I can’t get my messages or listen to music after I switched phones, the versa just didn’t work anymore when I switched iPhones.

There are better options out there. At least it tells time.

I give only 3, because do not sync with wifi and has the connection

Bought two watches one of which still works great. Takes calls, monitors steps and exercises. The other one wouldn’t turn in or even charge after a few months of having it. No damage to item. Customer service was not helpful at all and won’t replace
