I don’t think this product is worth buying with $200

Battery life not too great but it’s cool lightweight

started out well. lost multiple functions after the first two months of use. died completely after six months. had to replace it. this was the third replacement in less than two years. switched to another provider--no longer using a Fitbit

I bought it for my wife's birthday. Setting it up was a little complicated. Transferring music you must use the computer and its slow. I like the Samsung Fit Pro better because it transfers music with your phone and has verbal coach, Versa doesnt.

I’ve had this Fitbit versa for two years and just recently went out I noticed even when washing dishes or around working out with sweat the heart rate indicator stopped working then the watch stopped working.

For 100$ more I got the Apple Watch. I was unhappy w the little bit this had to offer regarding heart rate calorie counter etc. this was pretty much like my pedometer glorified a bit but Not worth the money I could’ve just kept my pedometer

This was a present for my wife used for about 2 months and didn’t work after that.called customer service and took 3 weeks to get a response after all they sent me a used replacement

Avoid this if you want to count steps. Very inaccurate. Counted over 50 steps while I was sleeping. Counted thousands of steps while driving. It would be okay if you take off every time your are doing something other than walking. Fitbit says a finely tuned algorithm determines steps, however it counts every bump in the road, every time you cover your mouth to cough, every time you move your arm is counted as a step. Other than steps the watch is great. I returned mine because it was step counting I was interested in.

Worked great I’m the beginning. After about 100 days it stopped syncing, charging, and when I went through motions of factory reset never recovered. Fitbit help services are not very helpful and only give generic script lines to troubleshoot.

Had this particular watch for less than a month and it was defective. Had to send back to company for replacement

$200 and the silent alarm vibrates the times then snoozes for 9 minutes?!?!?!?!? Confused as to how this hasn't been fixed yet! I have my wake up and set at one minute intervals for 5 minutes straight. How is this possible??? Fix it already!

I bought this 13 months ago and now it is as dead as can me. It was a waste of money and it suffered from battery life issues that I thought was just part of the deal. I would use it for a day and then have to charge it at night. So much for the app. that records sleep data. If I wore it into the night it was dead by morning. My son-in -aw has one and his battery life is a day at best. Plug it in for the next day. My wife has the Charge II model by the same manufacturer but its battery lasts a week. I wish I had never purchased this. I am now stuck with some techno junk that never produced any valuable service.

Purchased as a birthday gift to myself, I loved my Versa but the screen cracked after a month of regular wear. I did not hit it on anything and was using a third party screen protector (because Fitbit does not sell them). I was informed by Best Buy that they do not service Fitbits, and I was told by the company that they only offer a service plan to customers who purchase products from their website, and they cannot replace the screen either. So I basically wasted $175.

This is my 2nd Fitbit product, the first one died an early death as well. This was purchased in October of 2018 and performance was never that great (frequent sync issues, very inaccurate on heart rate). Yesterday, without getting wet or being dropped it just quit. The display went blank, won't take a charge, nothing. Completely dead. I called Fitbit and after being on hold for 30 minutes decided to try again later. Then I got on the user forums on the Fitbit website...this is a widespread and known problem. Fitbit has not been providing ANY assistance or replacement. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER FITBIT PRODUCT!!

I had hopes but shortly dashed. Hard to use, set up, and obtain info. Hard to get it to display without pushing a button- one key feature I wanted. Really good at brightly lighting in the middle of the night-not desired.

I really love the fitbit once I got used to it; however, it won't sync. I don't know if it's the application or the fitbit itself. It's ridiculous. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to sync it.

Loved my fitbit, until I took it swimming and died the next day. I highly suggest finding out if your fitbit is waterproof before the warranty expires. They're supposed to be good for 50 meters... mine didnt survive 7 feet.
