Bought this 14 months ago and it just stopped working. She did like this but we are now upgrading again but this time to an Apple Watch. Disappointed with it barely lasting over a year!

Not accurate and screen scratches easily

This watch is not accurate. The reminder will pop up for me to move within the hour and I'll get up and walk more steps than the amount needed and it will not count those steps sometimes. I tried making the watch tighter on my wrist and loosening it as well, it still didnt work right. Then sometimes it will count steps while I'm sitting. It's really frustrating! Also, the screen isn't scratch resistant. I've had the watch less than 2 months and there are multiple scratches on the screen. I was really excited about getting this watch, so I'm very disappointed in the quality for the price.

I loved the watch and how it worked. Unfortunately one day the screen went black and it never worked again. Fitbit sent me a full refund. Hopefully the issues get resolved because I would like another one.

I only had the watch for a few months and it just stopped syncing. I tried everything to remedy the situation but nothing worked. No more Fitbit for me.

Versa has great qualities, definitely enjoyed perks of smart notifications but it was overexaggerating steps, while I was driving and sitting at my desk. Took it back and got the Garmin Vivosport.

Poor reliability. Love the features and the light weight but the reliability is terrible. Battery life goes to zero in about two hours then it has to be reset completely. My wife has given up on it.

I purchased this watch, specifically with the heart rate feature, due to health reasons. Most of the time, my heart rate reading is no where near the number it actually should be. Very disappointed.

Purchased this item...It was working great...until it stopped holding its charge. Battery went from lasting 4-5 days (which is why i purchased it) to LESS than one whole day. Called Fitbit support, pretty much told me "sorry" its past one year BUT you can buy a new one. While it was working it was great, but now its kinda useless. Disappointed, will be going to Samsung for my next purchase.

Don't buy it. The screen stopped working after 1.5months. It's not even covered in the warranty. Total waste of money

I give this a 1 star because customer service was so bad. My Versa was stolen and when I contacted Fitbit they said they could give me 20% off and they didn't care if I switch to Apple as long as I continued my fitness journey. I had the insurance plan through Best Buy - it's not their fault it was stolen. I asked about GPS to locate it, they said it's only bluetooth, not really GPS like Apple watches. The watch may have been great, but I didn't have it long enough to find out. This review is strictly on customer service.

    Really happy with the Versa

I've been using the Versa for a week now, switching from a Charge 2, and overall love it. Here are the top points in my opinion: - It really is slim and easy to wear. It almost seems smaller and less noticeable than the Charge 2 (The Charge 2 is a bit thicker). I wear it all day and at night and have no issue with it. - I saw one review that said it looked a bit cheap but I don't see it - I think it is another really nice Fitbit device with a nice screen, good band, and it looks like the pictures you will see online. - Battery is as advertised, it burns about 22-25% per day so it will be around 4 days of life. - One thing on size, if you were one of those people that would tuck your old fitbit in your sock while on a bike (as it doesn't register anything on your hand), not sure that is too easy to do with this being a bigger device. Not a big deal for me, but it is something that is harder to do vs. a Charge. - The touchscreen is very responsive and quick Some improvement areas: - The app store is a nice add but now everything is an "app" and there are two things I don't like with it. First, seeing all of your Fitbit stats is available in the Fitbit Today app which you swipe up to see, but there is a minor lag in launching the app. For prior Fitbits, being able to cycle through your steps, floors, heart rate, etc. was immediate. Second, alarms can only be set on the watch, not through the Fitbit app on your phone or the Fitbit website. Not a huge deal, but not sure why this changed as I usually would set alarms through the iOS app before. - Not an issue with the Versa but now that Fitbit has bigger displays, they really need to approve the change to allow "quiet" times on the "Raise to wake" feature. I love having that on during the day but at night as you move, the watch screen enables and it is too bright at night. This wasn't a huge deal with the Charge HR, became a little bigger issue with the Charge 2 and now needs to be fixed. Overall, if you are a Fitbit fan and like the looks and idea of the Versa watch, you will love it. I was on the fence on if I would like it as I am not a watch fan at all, but I love it.

    Never Worked - returned

I was excited to get a blaze but saw they were being replaced by the Versa. I purchased one and brought it back inside 2 weeks. Could never get it to connect to any of 4 different Wi-Fi networks. Couldn't get the faces to work at all. As far as I could tell it was just a piece of junk so I returned it and got my money back. I would like to get a larger fitbit but may try and find a used Blaze, since they seem to have worked better.

I was so excited to get the Versa but my excitement quickly died. It took me forever to even set the Versa up. After almost 45 minutes of initial setup time, it would not work...it froze!!! When I finally got it working, somewhat it told me that I had walked 16,621 steps.....the Versa has been on the charger all night. I don't think I could have slept walked that much. There's no way I could recommend this Fitbit to anyone. It's definitely not worth the $249 I paid for it. It also looked very cheap. RETURNED!!

I really want to like this fitbit, but I can't get the texts to sync no matter how much trouble shooting I do. You might as well get an apple watch, which I may end up doing.
