    My Versa died the first time I wore it in the water. Fitbit is supposed to be sending me a new one, but they make you jump through hoops. I have been waiting for over a month for a replacement. When it was working, it didn't track steps accurately. Driving in your car actually logs steps and I frequently hit my step goal while driving!

    my wife started using this a couple weeks ago and the battery only last a day or two at tops. she loves the fitbit but it should last a lot longer than that.

    I had high hopes for this watch based on the good reviews. I liked the form factor and functionality that it offered, but... Right out of the box, this watch has been nothing but a frustrating experience. It will either not pair or once finally paired, will not stay in sync with the Fitbit app. I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps offered on the Fitbit forums to no avail. I will be returning this watch and getting something else. Very disappointed in Fitbit.

    Fitbit has been great. I bought one with a friend and both have quit. I’m not sure I will be replacing mine. I will come by Best Buy store today or tomorrow.

    I Returned this watch after three days of use. It was nice and the fitness tracking and apps. worked well, but the battery would die after about 3 hours. Not good.

    The battery life sucks. My watch will no longer charge after 7mos. The design is nice. The little strap that keeps the band in place broke.

    did not like the versa. It continued to drop wi fi connection for no reason and did not work as expected. My old charge 2 was much better so I returned it

    Versa is half developed product still Fitbit is selling them. Pros: Style battery Cons Bluetooth connectivity issue with phone GPS connectivity via phone never worked accurately. Check for "Versa GPS issue on google" and you will come to know It counts the additional steps while you set on bike ride which is not logical. Major flows with this product is connectivity issue which will mess up your running/bike ride stats. Better buy watch with in built GPS.

    I was so excited about this watch for the 1st couple weeks. The battery really did last almost 4 days. As the weeks passed the battery life got shorter and shorter. It doesn't even last 6 hours now and that's even if I'm in bed asleep. It doesn't make it thru a whole day and that's less than 2 months after buying it.

    I had a fitbit versa and worked fine. On March 19 2020 my Fitbit updated and wanted to charge me to monitor my heart rate and my sleep activity. When I bought the watch it was for free. Now they want to charge for that. You should be ashamed of yourself Fitbit. I bought warranty from Bestbuy for the watch. I took that scum sucking watch back. I will never buy anything from fitbit again!!! Lost a customer for life!!!!

    Broke after less than 5 months of owning. Completely stopped working and wouldn't even charge. I ended up just going back to the more reliable charge3 after this one broke. Even when this did work it really wasn't all that different from the cheaper models. Yeah you get a smart screen but its not very touch sensitive and some of the apps don't work really well and are really slow on it.

    Changing the band was very difficult; ended up bending the prong. Does not count steps accurately. Just moving my arm will add to my step count.

    I wish I could adequately express how much I have come to loathe this watch. For about 8 months, it worked great, but over the last 3-4 it seems like almost nothing works properly and I’m spending time every single day googling how to fix something else that isn’t tracking correctly. As of today, it has stopped charging. I will not purchase anything else from Fitbit in the future as I am tired of the frustration.

    Skin burns and rashes

    Bought this in August of 2018 and I noticed bumps on my wrist, thought it was something else, then wore the watch on my right hand, same thing happened. It looked like I had a rash. Stopped wearing it for a while to let my skin breathe. After U started wearing it, I noticed a part of my wrist looked burned, my skin started to peel. It was ugly, visible and embarrassing for other people to notice. DO NOT BUY THIS.

    Brand new and watch would not receive text messages so we were unable to keep. Went with a different smart watch.
