I was told you could answer and text from it and you can't. It's also hard to get apps on it. Just wasn't for me.

This was a Christmas gift for my gf and we had to replace it in 8 months, Fitbit replaced it and the second one died in 9 months. They are done helping us unless we want to purchase a new 1 we can get a small discount. Best buy has many other brands that are better buys and will last longer ,don't waste money on Fitbit products.

My husband bought this for me for Valentines day. It would not link to any of the devices recommended that I owned. It finally came on and had someone else's info on it and then it shut off and refused to come back on. I had a bad experience with this one. It seemed like it would have been nice to have if it would have worked. i will buy and try another one .

The Screen cracked after only 30 days of Normal wear and they have NO customer service!! I was told that’s not covered by warranty( excessive use). Really I was at the hospital with my son looked down and it was cracked. I don’t consider sitting at a hospital excessive use. Also there is NO way to get just the screen fixed I would have to buy a new one. Nope!!

I upgraded from the Fitbit Charge 3, and i couldn't be more disapointed with this product. the wrist bands break easy ( bought the actual fitbit brand ) it says youll get your phones notifications and other features that rarely work its very unstable i would recommend spending a little more money and buying an Apple Watch if you have a Iphone

I had my new Fitbit VERSA for several days, and just looooved it! But THEN...it failed to CHARGE after about the 3rd day, so I returned it to Best Buy. I Googled it and found that many many people are having the same problem, and it’s a problem with the VERSA. As soon as they get this glitch worked out, I will definitely purchase another one.

Terrible! I’m hoping to return it. It counts thousands of steps when I’m sleeping or it is just on the charger. This morning I didn’t even have it on and it had my heart rate at 179. It also says I’m only sleeping 2 hours. I’ll go to bed at 11 and it says I’ve slept 2 am - 430 am.

Device was costly yet would not stay connected to bluetooth consistently across multiples devices. Fitness tracking was also wildly inaccurate. Had to be returned which we don't do often. A glorified watch with a rechargeable battery. Don't buy this.

Had this fitbit for less than 10 days and had to take it back to Best Buy 3 times because it would not track my steps accurately. It was especially malfunctioning in water. It also did not properly keep data about how long I was exercising. I walked on the treadmill for 90 minutes for 3 days and it only recorded 28 minutes or less each time. Boo!

I was excited to buy this. It looks good and the functionality is good. But as soon as i kept this on my arm and the heart rate sensor started blinking, my nerve which is under that began to face strange discomfort and weird pain. I had this one ON only for 1 hour, but it pained for whole day. I returned this. Watch out if you are sensitive.

Bought this watch in November 2018 for my wife. The face just decided to fall off of it after 18 months. Made the mistake of not buying the protection plan from best buy. Read some blogs this happened to other people with the Fitbit Versa. Hopefully, Fitbit resolved this issue with the Versa 2.

It's brilliant for as long as it works but it's only been 13 days since I started using Versa and it has stopped working! The screen has gone completely blank. I will have to speak to someone in the store and will hopefully get a refund or a replacement. Really gutted at this! I suppose because of it's cost I had high expectations.

Every update, I have a problem with the device either pairing or updating. After a year and 3 months, it was updating and it just froze on the screen. I contacted Fitbit support adn did as they requested. They explained nothing could be done and to "Buy" another of their products... no thank you.

Worst Fitbit product ever. Lasted less than two years with moderate use. The heart rate monitor stopped working after the first year. Now it won't power up. The factory reset wouldn't work. This is the second defective Fitbit product I bought. Would not recommend.
