    This fitbit device has to be charged every two days. The sales rep dair ut would go 4 days.

    Wouldn’t recommend at all. Go and spend the extra money and get the Apple Watch

    Purchased Fitbit Versa which did not work reliably. Hrs with Tech support could not resolve problem. Traded it for Fitbit Charge 3. Day of frustration working with Tech Support to determine it was bad. Mailed in for replacement. My previous charge 2 worked about 2 years before dying. This is not a good track record for Fitbit.

    Tried this for about a week. I was really excited for the long battery life so I could track health and sleep. Out if the box with the latest update it was down to 20% after less than a day. Checking the forums, the best option to get the most battery was to diable most, if not all the features. I returned it.

    My Fitbit stopped working after owning it for 7 months. Contacted Fitbit & there was nothing they could do. They offered me a 35% discount on a new watch. I will never own another Fitbit watch. I purchased a Apple Watch instead, I am loving my Apple Watch thus far.

    I puchased the Fitbit Versa (1st gen) in 2018. This is a durable product. It has been through the storm of hits, bumps and nicks with no problems until I dislodged the screen from it's housing yesterday. Even though this is a 1st gen Versa, every update that was sent/available, I was able to take advantage of. Even when the heart rate/monitoring Pluse line became available, the update for my Fitbit included those features. I am not very savvy when it comes to electronics and technology but from day one, the watch and the Fitbit app are easy to undstand and operate. I use everything from the pedometer to keeping up with my sleep score, checking my text messages and listening to Pandora, using the workout featues, monituring my health matrix, and on, and on. The list of apps that are availabe to download to the watch continues to grow. I also do not recall seeing any difference in my battery life from day one to yesterday. I wear/wore my Fitbit everyday charging every other day and sometimes every third day or so. I will miss my Fitbit Versa, however, I will be upgrading to another model. I will just need to be a tad gentler to the next one.

    At just over a year, it stopped taking a charge and became useless. Other fitbit devices eventually do this at around the 2-3 year mark. I expected this one to last longer especially since it is on the higher end. So disappointed. It was great for the year it worked.

    Get the extended warranty, VERSA WILL FAIL!

    Had this watch replaced 4 times in 2 years due to water damage, bad battery, dead bluetooth, not to mention the original straps WILL BREAK on you, without warning (wife lost her fitbit slim while hiking).

    I bought this for my wife. It died less than a week later. This was her third Fitbit and fourth one in our family. I like their functionality but they have serious durability issues. I got her a Samsung galaxy watch and it has worked terrifically for over a year.

    It hasn't been a year since I got this watch and it's no longer charging. No accidents. I don't use it near water. It died yesterday and I've been trying to charge it all morning with zero luck! Not worth the money...My garmin watch has been alive and well for years!

    I purchased this versa May of 2018 it is now Nov.of 2019 and it is not working, doesn't turn on with charge just stopped working. I did not purchase the extended warranty thinking this product would last long enough . Lasted approx. 1yr and half. I will not buy this product again.

    We had a fitbit years ago and it was great until it started locking up or constantly restarting on it's own. We were assured that those problems had all been fixed and that was in the past. Nope. Still the same. Actually, worse. This one didn't last but a month before it started doing the same thing.

    Bought as a gift for a non-apple user - the HR monitor never worked properly. After 30 days it quit tracking HR completely. Fitbit wants it back for a 4-6 week inspection and possible repair or replacement. We skipped it and looked elsewhere for something different. Kept the time well. Get a Casio.

    I have been very happy with this watch until today. My screen suddenly has lines through it. I've not damaged it and have no idea what caused it. So disappointed that it didn't even last a year. I would expect a product like this to last much longer than 7 months.
