My husband purchased this watch for me to replace my Apple Watch and I was so used to the technology on the Apple Watch that this Watch seemed very basic! I wish I could have returned it to Best Buy but they only have a 14 day return policy! Now it just sits in my drawer brand new!

Not happy with it. Fitbit two is way better and better prices

I have to recharge it every two days. I want to return it.

Doesnt make sense that this product is not made with XL band.

The first versa's screen just came off the watch couple of weeks before the warranty expiration date. They have sent me a probably a defective one which worked just for a few months and the battery died forever. They don't give a crap about customers.

I loved this Fitbit but it's too expensive to quit working, I got the replacement through Fitbit and it stopped working also. Please buy the plan so you can get another one or you will just be out of a lot of money!

I purchased my versa a little over a month ago. I wish I could return it!! My watch doesn't stay charged a whole day even when it's fully charged. (That sucks) I also don't get notifications from my phone on my watch. So it's definitely not a smart watch. I wish I could return it.

A few too many problems from a company which has been around for this long and one of the pioneers. Not surprising though as I had problems with one of theirs previously. I switched to a Garmin with no problems whatsoever. Added the Versa because it looks cool. Wrong decision,

It’s not even an adequate watch. The “fit” part bites.

Purchased this watch in Nov 2018, now in Sept 2021 the battery has completely failed. It was not an all of the sudden failure, it just began charging less and less until now it will not take any charge.

It counted steps while sleeping even while charging

Have had issues with glitches. Stuck on certain apps etc.

Purchased this for my wife for Christmas. It died 4 months later. We obviously did not learn our lesson because we thought they would improve their product. This was her 3rd fitbit that list decided to stop doing what it was meant to do.

This Fitbit is the worst yet. NOTHING tracks correctly. I was sure I was not walking as much as it said so I borrowed another persons tracker and used them both... sat at a desk for the most part and. The borrowed Fitbit said 2988 and the Fitbit said 10555.

The store must have had a bad batch. First one wouldn’t charge when we got it home. Had to return it the next day. That one lasted about 3 weeks and kept cutting off and finally wouldn’t turn on again. Had to call Fitbit and they sent me a replacement.

This is not as accurate and does not always record accurate information. It was a big mistake. That fact that I can wear it swimming was a poor trad off for the information I get. Sorry I did it and will probably have to go back to the Charge. i hate this Versa.

Watch went dead a number of times in the first couple months, but with the help of Google, was able to revive it until 6 months into the purchase, it could not be resurected. Waited to long to use warranty, as it is only for one year.

This was a Christmas gift for my mother. It does not work for her. By the time it was set up and she discovered this, it was beyond the time that it could be returned. Do not purchase this product unless you have money to throw away. That is what I did!

Mine is dead after only using 16 months. Most likely the battery is dead (battery won't charge). Not sure if I can replace the battery. Never expected so short of a life span of this product. No more fitbit products for my family.

Never worked correctly out of the box. Would not stay sync'd. Reloaded the FW and it seemed to start working ok most of the time. After 2 years the battery wouldn't hold a charge and I threw it in the trash can.
