This was my 2nd Fitbit as 1 st one quit working after 12 days. This unit never worked correctly and gave up after 2 days. You get what you pay for. Spent a little more and got an Apple Watch which worked right out of box and still working. No issues.

It was great for the whole 2 months it worked. These watches are a joke, I've had nothing but problems since I got one. It's as if they are built to break, so that you have to buy another one. I wish I could give it a zero, because I would.

This is the 3rd Fitbit I've purchased, and I'm done with them. The quality has gone down over the years to unacceptable standards. It gradually started giving me problems a few weeks before completely dying.

If you don't wear the watch daily, it never connects unless you restart your phone. Also, the salesperson mislead me on the watch's capabilities. Very disappointed in the complete experience.

I purchased it in June 2019 and it was dead on April 5, 2020 - less than 1 year after purchase. This is a relatively expensive thing - c'mon, it is unacceptable that it breaks before a year is up. Unacceptable!!!

Device completely broke within 3 months of purchase. Best Buy doesn't even help with returning it. They say I have to return it back to the manufacturer myself. You would think they would at least help assist you but they don't.

The Fitbit Versa is a nice watch, I enjoyed it but the screen started to turn on and off after 1 year and it finally stopped working after 13 months, of course right after the warranty had expired, switching to Samsung.

I bought this for my wife on Feb 8th for her birthday and it died on March 1, my birthday. Exchanged it for a Galaxy watch that she adores. This was our fourth Fitbit product and our last. They have durability issues.

Not a good . Died after 6 month of use and fitbit didn't want to fix. Thank God I had the warranty . Mind you a warranty they no longer offer because they die fast.

I purchased a Fitbit Versa not quite two years ago. The first one died less than a month after purchase. 20 months later the replacement is completely dead and will not charge.

I didn’t like it for the fact that it cost $200 and it doesn’t do much that my other fitbits do, only difference this one has screen but not worth the $200 I can use my other fit bits w out screen

Loved it. Great while it worked. But check other reviews - it tends to die at the 18 month mark. I think a watch should last a little longer than that.

I should’ve spent $100 more dollars and get an iwatch instead of the Fitbit Versa. For what it’s worth it’s gadgets & make (cheap like bracelet) should be more technologically advanced

I decided to upgrade as my blaze died. Was ok at 1st, but immediately I noticed the battery life was horrible. A full charge lasted a day and 1/2. I am returning it this weekend

This is the 2nd Versa watch I've owned. And Both had issues and stopped working shortly over a year. I won't buy a 3rd. They should work longer than that.

Great fitness tracker and decent smartwatch

Previous to buying the Fitbit Versa, I owned a Fitbit Alta, then moved to a Samsung Gear Fit 2. I thought the Samsung tracker would work best with my Samsung phone - which is mostly true - however, the fitness tracking and app from Samsung paled in comparison to the Fitbit I had owned previously. So I jumped back to Fitbit when the Versa came out. Really love the style, comfort and build quality. Battery life is excellent and since I put it on the charger when I shower, it has never been lower than 50% charge since I purchased it. But it will likely go that 4-5 days Fitbit says it will. Also appreciate that it is waterproof - I've used it in the pool and also when running in a rainstorm - excellent. The display is great - very bright and easy to read in direct sunlight, but automatically adjusts to low light situations. Big improvment over the Samsung. Highly recommended!
