Really the Fitbit may have just been defective but it was a Birthday Present for my Wife from her Friends and Me and we ended up returning it 2 day later and got the Samsung watch

Fitbit bought Pebble the original smartwatch maker. Then they made this device which has constant software issues that Fibit refuses to fix. Very unhappy with the device.

Cool features versus the Charge 2, but I like to change bands. The mechanics for changing said bands are terrible. Very poor design, obviously not a Best Buy issue.

First one quit charging in the first 5 weeks of owning it.. my daughter loved it, so we exchanged it for another.. if it were up to me, I would go with the Garmin vivioactive...

It stopped working after 15 months! My husbands Blaze did the exact same thing around the same time. We loved our watches. Not sure I’ll get a new one.

Owned mine for 4 months and it shut off on me at 50% and never turned back on!, They don’t do care plans on them anymore due to people having so many issues with them....

Watch stopped working. Was not offered option for coverage. Now have to send to mfgr . And now purchase new mothers day gift not even 4 months out.

This version of Fitbit hrm cannot see through tattoos well; or at least mine doesn’t. Previous Fitbit (Alta) had no problem reading heart rate but this one is spotty

Did not even last a year and this was the second one I purchased since 2017. Very disappointed in the longevity of the battery life.

Product broke shortly after purchasing. Do not recommend. Software issue with this model. Dont recommend.

Couldn't receive or send quick messages, when returning it back to the store the associate mentioned her friend was having the same issue, big let down.

Never like it. Heart rate would jump. I didn't find it easy to use. It broke 3 months later and I never took the warranty.

What a piece of junk. I should have got my money back and bought the cheaper model with no Frills. That one worked much better.

Not much you can do with this watch and it keeps sending the same reminders over and over. Returned* Better off just getting the original fitbit.

I have gone through 1 Fitbit every year. It's like the battery doesnt last. No more! Bb wont even offer the extended warranty, I wonder why?

Never got it to sync with my android phone. GPS not consistent and tracked me cycling when I was on a tractor mowing? Music would never download also?

I loved this watch for the first 10 months. Then it just died on me. I watched my screen go completely black. Waste of money if you ask me

With the Versa being new you would think it would have a the bells and whistles... I think it is a definite downgrade from their previous models.

After several attempts the Fitbit Versa did not pair with my wife’s IPhone. Unfortunately I had to return. Looks great but wished it worked!
