I bought the fitbit Ionic in January and loved it, for a short time. I have small wrists and the watch was just too bulky for me. At that point it was too late to return. Once i saw that the fitbit versa was coming out I had to get it. I love it. It is MUCH lighter than the ionic, the original bands are more flexible and it has the minimalistic look I am looking for. I highly recommendd! I love it!

Bought one for my wifes xmas gift. Powered up for first time and had to go thru an update process.. well that took 2 days to figure out because the watch continually lost wifi/bluetooth connection. Once I got that updated 50% of text messages were not getting thru. The fitbit would continually lose bluetooth connection. You get more than 15 feet away and zero connection. Frustrating. Returned the watch last week and will probably get the Samsung Gear watch instead

Purchased to replace a Fitbit Blaze, and it is everything I wanted that the Blaze did not offer. A multitude of watch faces, waterproof to 50 feet, smaller, lighter, and a better screen. The ability to load music onto the phone itself was a wonderful surprise, while the actual loading of the songs took a while (1 hour and 23 minutes to load the 270 songs I chose), my bluetooth headphones paired in seconds and the sound is great. I cannot recommend the Versa too highly.

This product has failed hardware and software-wise over the past 6 months. The wristband constantly breaks and the software registers thousands of steps even when I am sitting at my desk. Now the battery is lasting only 6 hours. This is the 3d replacement that Fitbit has sent me. I had the same problem with their flagship product of last year, the Fitbit Surge. The Surge fiasco of being a defective product that Fitbit would not stand behind will drive all of us to other brands. Apple Watch and Garmin seem to be the leading favorites. Why would a company not stand behind its Flagship product. The Versa and Surge cost close to $250 dollars. Once they recognized it was defective they should have refunded us our money. Instead they drove us onto the wrists of the competition. $250 is cheap to acquire a new customer or keep a loyal customer. What is the customer retention department in Fitbit thinking? Ouch, we be most unhappy Fitbit Flagship product fail!

Mixed reviews are always hard to traverse, but personally I had a excellent unit with no problems after 1.5 months of consistent use. Definitely recommend purchasing a bumper and screen protector. Great for keeping track of everyday activity and actual workouts. And as another PSA though Im sure most already know, this version does NOT have a NFC chip for a wallet, it can only add a barcode for Starbucks cards. The special edition that costs slightly more will have that built in wallet function.

Have had this for 3 months. I found the menus easy to use and the functions work as claimed. The link to a smartphone gives access to many data types and historical information. It is a little large on the wrist but there are bigger options out there. The face cover material is not tough enough. If you wear it for all activities it will get banged up. Mine has small chips in the edges from what I consider minor impacts. If phones can have gorilla glass, why cant smartwatches?

I love this FitBit!!! I had my eye on this fitbit (especially the rose gold), and my husband surprised me with this gift. It works amazing!!! I did have a hard time trying to get it connected to my phone, but after great customer support it is connected and no problems. The steps are accurate because I keep my phone in my pocket and it will match what my phone has marked down for steps. The distance of the bluetooth is amazing as well. The range that it has and i can still get notifications on my watch. Love this gift!!!!!

It is really cute looking for girls. Track your steps and calories. Battery lasts about 4 days and it charges pretty quick

The fitbit versa in peach rose gold is such a beautiful color I love the features of the versa compred to the fitbit surge I love the screen size it's prefect it you have both small and large wrist there are so many third party bands available I love the clock faces so many to choose from

This watch will last one year. It does not matter if you take good care of it or not. It does work well during that year though, hence the 2 Star review

The watch is well designed and looks sleek. Battery life is about 3 days. However, I'm not sure if it is water resistant because I had it in the pool at a very shallow depth and it broke. Fitbit kindly sent me a new one as it was still under warranty. However, I've had the fitbit charge, fitbit charge 2, and now the versa. I have had each of these products break at some point. The charge I got replaced. The charge 2 was not replaced because it had been slighty over a year. Personally, I am displeased that these products break frequently within two years of use and always for some technical issue. None have broken because of damage done by myself. Honestly, I'm considering saving the money to just buy an apple watch because hopefully it will last longer and be more worth the money spent even if it is more expensive.

I like this watch. Its got everything. Looks, large fonts, reasonable battery life, music playback. You can go for a run and all the electronics you need is this watch. But now for some of the bad parts The watch did exhibit some slower responses once in a while. but that may have been an exception. The initial few days of wearing the strap did irritate my skin. But once you give you skin time to heal and then use again, its like breaking in a new shoe. The biggest qualm is value, this is the real reason for my 3star review. Even for a holiday pricing this watch is expensive. My wife got a Amazfit bip which is $70 watch with way more features than the versa and a 30 day battery life. over time I have started using the Amazfit more than the Fitbit since I love the sleekness of the watch and its ridiculously long battery life, for something close to half of the fitbit versa.

I bought this as a replacement of the Charge 2 because it had a cracked screen and wasn't syncing. I had it for 3 years. I read all the reviews thought it was a good product and be compatible with my Note 8 phone. It worked for 3 months then yesterday I had to update the firmware on it. It hasn't worked the same since, the firmware...it drained the watch battery in 1/2 hr on a full charge, it wasn't syncing my phone and the watch kept shutting down. I chatted with Fitbit help support and couldn't help me because it wasn't compatible to my phone...since when? It was working 3 months ago. I do not recommend getting this watch and look at another fitness watch.

It''s lite and comfortable to wear, forget i have it on. Connected to Weight watches very easy and my fitness pal accounts. I only have owned Garmin and like the fitbit versa 100% better. Wear swimming with no problems. Nice to be able to connect to my friend and compete on our steps. I pre-ordered it thru Best Buy and bought insurance on it.

I have had my versa for 6 months was in a swimming pool with it for 5 days straight on vacation June 2019 it started acting goofy jumping screens and then had lines through i could not see anything but was still syncing to my phone then finally went dead A day later tried to charge nothing. Versa website say water resistant 50 meters there is no way this is true. My wife has a versa and she was in the water as much as me hers went dead to. Versa sent my wife and I new watch’s without bands and charger which is fine . Love the watch but they need to fix their disclaimer on water resistant I would not were this watch in the shower or any type of water keep it out of water and you have a great watch. PS sorry for the bad grammar

I was very eager to receive my watch. But after having it for a day it is not all like Fitbit made it seem. The only reason I purchased this watch was because my Samsung Gear stopped working. I thought this new Fitbit was going to be like my Samsung Gear. So wrong. If you have an Android you can not reply to text messages or reject/accept incoming calls. Only ones that can reject/accept calls are individuals with an Iphone. But they also can not reply to text messages. My old watch would notify me when it sensed no movement in over 30 minutes. This watch doesn't do that either. It is neat you can watch workout videos, track your calories, and steps. Other than that I give it a thumbs down.

I wish I would have read more reviews before I bought this. As so many others have stated, it is almost impossible to get the mileage right when running. Very frustrating. FitBit is not helpful at all. I keep adjusting the stride length & it’s never right - or close. If you want it for running, I would not recommend. Only good thing I can say is that it is kind of cute ..

If all you want is a health monitor, then this one is fine. But with the lack of quick responses to texts, and the non intuitive controls, you may want a different watch.

I wanted heart and sleep and got this. I hate it's not Android Wear. I hate you can't tap to open or use more gestures or edit where the apps are laid out. I hate it's slow for notifications (my Pebble kicked but on notifications). I hate I can't change the default email app to Blackberry Hub or whatever that isn't Outlook or Gmail. But it's good start. As good as Android Wear is right about now. But it's not as mature as Pebble was and the Apple Watch still kicks it's but in responsiveness.
