I purchased this Fitbit Versa on Sunday and by Monday at 5 PM it would no longer sync to my Galaxy S8 Edge. I tried resetting my WiFi, resetting the Versa, and re-downloading the app and nothing seemed to get the Versa to pair back with my phone. It is a nice watch but I will be returning it. Also, with most of the compatible apps (i.e. Pandora, Deezer) you must have a paid subscription to use with the watch. Super inconvenient. Wish that I would have paid the extra for an actual smart watch.

Very dissapointed in the quality of the product, original one lasted 7 months, replacement lasted 6 months and is now outside of the 1 year warranty from original purchase so Fitbit will not help. The battery was what failed both times, 1st one a battery cell died and reduced it to 8hr battery life. And the replacement failed completely. This is a product that can not be repaired if there is an issue so if it goes bad it has to be thrown away. Horrible value at $200 for one year of use.

I'm on my 2nd Fitbit since my first randomly stopped working within 1 year of having it. I'm not sure if it's the Fitbit or the app for it but i NEVER get my notifications on it with my new one and it takes me hours and hours along with restarting Bluetooth, the app and my phone to even get it to sync. Currently it is 8pm and I haven't been able to sync it since 11pm last night. I wish I would have went with a different brand but now I know to next time.

Got this for my husband to replace a Garmin watch he had for several years. It did not have anywhere near the battery life that his other one had.

Was really excited about this smartwatch, but ended up finding out that it does the same stuff as my Fitbit One because the watch has not been developed to be compatible to Pixel 2. I found the thread on Fitbit as their customer service says they are working on the compatibility. Fitbit should not have launched this early without having this work with flagship phones. It's ridiculous to develop and launch a product that wasn't ready. Now I have to return this product. Annoyed.

Don't make the same mistake. Don't buy the Fitbit versa. Screen broke with screen protector after only five months. Fitbit doesn't make replacement screens. You have to buy a new one and pay $225.00 for a non repairable product. They failed to inform owners that their product is unrepairable!! Best Buy did not honor their warranty!!!!!!

I purchased one of these last summer. Headed to Florida from Canada in October, and it started acting up. I wanted the heart rate and sleep information, but the latter quit working. As we were in the USA, we couldn't return it. Many emails later, it still doesn't work, and Fitbit won't stand behind it. My wife has a Garmin. It is extremely reliable. STAY AWAY FROM FITBIT!

The watch itself is pretty good for the most part. It doesnt impress me much more than the charge 2 and actually I prefer the smaller size of the charge 2 to the enormous square box on my arm. It doesn’t do anymore really than the charge 2 except the timers. I do use them more. bands are lacking in a very big way. There’s no way to disable the watch while changing The bands and you have to hold onto the base of the watch good to get then bands off and the only way to grip it you’re forced to push buttons that open different options on the phone so while your simply trying to change the bands you’ll also be setting an alarm or disabling notifications or maybe even accidently purchase some thing you had no intention of purchasing. Or the watch will start an exercise routine for you because just trying to switch out the band is just that much work. Not to mention the tabs you have to push to take the bands off are HORRIFIC!! If you have fingernails you can say goodbye to them because those tiny little balls rip right through them. Or they break off as what just happened to me. I had to get a tiny screw driver to get the band off the versa to clean it. Whoever came up with the functionality of these bands was obviously making the watch disposable. Not something that would last anyone any length of time. Which for me really isn’t good. I’ll be looking for something that is built to last and not be a huge pain for a big price tag.

I was really optimistic and excited about getting the new Versa, but it is extremely inaccurate and nothing worked right on it after messing with it for hours, which I am good with technology. I was so excited I went out and bought the Aria weight scale as well, which was also a piece of junk (body fat % way off and weight off 5 lbs.). Said I had 1,500 steps after being awake for 2 hours and not even leaving my house yet... I MAYBE had 500 steps at the most. The heart rate was way off. Notifications didn’t work... Really not much worked! I returned them both and they said they have had a lot of people returning Fitbits. It is a great marketing team and name brand, but a lot better products. I got the Garmin Vivosmart HR at a great price of $180 instead of $250 and I am in love with it. Again... I wanted to love Fitbit, but was it is terrible.

I’ve been a Fitbit user for years so after my Charge 2 stopped reading heart rate I decided to step up to the Versa. Was excited for new features but can’t stress enough how frustrating this watch is. First, it says it will take up to 30 minutes to sync. Mine took 2 hours. Second, it comes with the small band attached which wouldn’t fit on my wrist. Went to replace it with the included large band and couldn’t get it attached. I tried everything and spent an entire evening and part of the next morning trying. I’m usually cynical when I read other reviews about things like this but this is truly and awful design. If you have a small wrist maybe you’d never know how bad this is but mine is going back. Not sure who thought this band design was acceptable but it made what might be a good watch completely unusable.

While the product itself is very good, After 2 fitbits I've decided I will not spend another penny until they add GPS tracking on this device. Moreover their bands are not stable. I'm beginning to think this is part of their business model, lose a fit bit and force customers to buy another one. Ridiculous that in 2019 there's no GPS tracking on their devices.

bought this because of reviews and some basic features. was able to download fitbit app onto my pc. created an account and versa will not sync and update fails. tried mant times and will return and try to find a simple to use tracker. not worth spending hours to try to make it work.

I've had my Fitbit Versa for less than a week. It has nice features but unfortunately it has too many cons. The screen has started to flicker and I've noticed the stats are inaccurate. Seems to be defective and I'm really disappointed.

I loved this watch until 3 months in i looked down and it had a cracked screen.. must of hit it on something but don't know what...? Anyways customer support was fine.. its the fact that they will not do anything for me except a holiday sale discount towards a new watch! I just wanted the screen replaced.. i was even willing to pay to fix it! NOPE they don't do repairs!!! I repeat you cannot get this watch repaired if you ever break it! Its Disposable!!! Sorry Fit Bit you have lost me forever! I'm extremely dissatisfied with my faith in your company and products now! i had this watch for three months! not 5 years like my plan was at the time of purchase. and all you can do is 25% off retail... come on at least offer something better for people who may be accident prone within the first year at least... I'm sorry i broke your watch that i bought, guess i should have never worn it.....

The watch faces that are available in the Fitbit store, created by 3rd parties have a chance of freezing the entire device. First one wouldn't charge out of the box, and the second had major issues connecting back and forth to my phone to sync data vs remotely control my music player on my phone; required 2 different Bluetooth connections. After opting to do a factory reset to see if I could fix the BT connectivity issues, it wouldn't turn back on. Had been playing with the fitbit store watch faces before that and had gotten it stuck on a 3rd party one. All around a nightmare, Item was returned for refund.

I am so frustrated with this product. My initial watch wasnt functioning and after weeks of going back and forth with Fitbit, they finally agreed to replace it. Ive spent countless hours on this product that doesnt work the way its supposed to. Then they sent me a separate watch body and strap. Ive now spent 2 days and watched every YouTube video to try to attach the straps and they wont attach. Meanwhile the watch still isn’t working properly and I’m not getting notifications. All the settings are correct and I’m tired of having them tell me to reset and reboot and reconfigure this every other day. THAT IS NOT NORMAL. Now they want me to set up the app on a different phone. Sorry, but like most people, I only have one cell phone. Plus my phone is a current model and OS that Fitbit says is compatible. Best Buy wont help. Fit bit wont help. Just so frustrated and nothing works

Got the watch today, spent 2 hours attempting to sync and update device. Called fitbit directly, spoke to them for another hour and half. Still unable to even use it as a watch. Great idea, but dosen't work. Spend your money on something else. Will be returning it tommrow

If you like that it only tracks sleep 2-3 times out of 7 days a week, or that it's usually 10-20 heart BPM below actual when on a treadmill, you'll love this device. Also, charger quit working in 3 months and I had to buy another charger. Totally unreliable and inaccurate piece of junk.

My husband gave me this for Christmas. I really like the watch but known of that matters because it never wants to sync. I have tried all the trouble shooting options available and nothing. Syncs 1 minute and then turns around and will do nothing for hours. I have always been a Fitbit fan but I recommend spending the extra money for a Apple Watch or the Samsung galaxy watch. This is too unreliable for how much it cost. If you must have a Fitbit, then I would recommend the charge 2 or the latest version of the charge. I never had a issue with my charge 2 and will be going back to that for now.

The Versa does everything well except track sleep stages. It did track sleep stages - deep, rem, etc - well for two weeks and then would only show total sleep. Tried all recommended fixes and nothing worked.
