    It was brought to my attention that Fitbit has opted out of BestBuy's amazing product protection program. Any company that stands behind their product should be taking advantage of the great reputation of their retailers like BestBuy and their support offerings. I called Fitbit today to discuss my concern and they assured me that I have a 3 week old, $200, exposed broken glass, PAPER WEIGHT. I would strongly recommend that you buy from BestBuy, but consider any other brand. My son is devastated by his Christmas loss.

    I have been using fitbit since 2015, and so when i seen the versa, i got excited. I traded in my charge HR 2 and paid the difference for the versa...boy was i disappointed when the versa arrived. After charging the versa and setting it up it wouldnt vibrate when recieving notifications. The watch itself felt very cheap, something for my 9 year old. The watch band was thin and cheesy and the versa face and software seemed outdated, i was not impressed. Your better off paying for the iwatch, i did!

    Do not buy this piece of junk if you're trying to use it to track you running mileage. Their GPS is completely inaccurate. It's over a mile off. Its constantly searching for a signal and while it searches, it tracks using your steps which is very inaccurate. Never buying a fit bit again. The 200 bucks is because its got GPS but if the GPS doesnt work, it's not worth more than 50. Learned my lesson, sticking with Garmin.

    I really love the look of the watch. It really is nice. But it is nothing other than used for telling time and the date. Nothing else works. My versa has not successfully synced since a week after I bought it. I had the watch about 3 months now. The steps are very inaccurate, it doesn’t track my sleep and it doesn’t sync. At all. A complete waste of money and a HUGE disappointment. I will be buying the new Apple Watch when it is released.

    Awful watch, set-up time takes longer than life

    This is the worst fitness watch product I've ever owned. The set-up time is astronomical. After 6+ hours of set-up with it being less than 50% complete and multiple chat sessions with fitbit help people with no success, I am returning this piece of junk! I've never been so disappointed in a product that seems to have some decent reviews. Be warned, it's not worth the time and frustration of the set-up process!

    Quits syncing and cannot get it to sync again

    Well, it worked for like 6 hours (the sync function). Now it just repeatedly tells me there is a Bluetooth issue and restarts Bluetooth, but still won't sync. If I just wanted a watch, I would have gotten a watch. I ONLY bought this because I like the Fitbit app. Guess I am stuck using my Charge 2, or trying a different brand.

    U have had 3 Surge watches over the years, and they have worked in with some hiccups. I have had 2 friends try to talk me into other fitness watches who have tried Fitbit, but I have been true to Fitbit. But this newest watch is worse than the very first model. They have gone backwards not forward, I will never buy another Fitbit.

    Bluetooth functionality intermittent

    Versa was great and worked for several months. However, now it disconnects from Bluetooth repeatedly. At first, I was able to get Bluetooth working again after rebooting the Versa. However, now nothing works. This is a known problem and is all over the community board. Wish I had read that before i purchased this fitness tracker.

    Bought wife Fitbit In 2 months it burned her arm. To late to take back Fitbit customer service didn’t answer any of my wife’s email or phone calls 1 Star is to generous . So basically the 200.00+ could have been spent elsewhere. I’m out 200.00 she is out a birthday gift and she has a burn mark Never again Fitbit!!!!!!

    Have used this item for a week and screen is always flickering. Battery life is horrible. Adds steps even while charging. Unable to select any exercise do to screen problem. I was really looking forward to using my watch since it has great features, but unfortunately non of them really work. Hope I can get my money back.

    Android no sync, no fix, no hope

    Just check out the thread "Android 9.0 (Pie) not able to sync" and you will understand that since v9 Pie Fitbit will not sync and everyone has gotten the same lack of response. They repeat the same things to try like robots and this thread goes back many months.

    I had to replace 2 fitbit Versa bands in 1 year after having a Timex Triathlon for 4 years with the same band. I'm assuming the real profit is in bands.

    IT would have been great if there was an instruction booklet. it would have been nice if they told you that you needed a phone and a 20 year old to set it up. not everyone is young and techy

    It doesn't connect to your phone or the app. Messed with it for 12 hours. And couldn't get it to sync no matter what. Waste of money
