Not excited
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited about this watch at first. I love the way it looks and the customizable features. I have noticed that when tracking exercises about 1-2 hours per day, the battery only lasts about 3 days. The heart rate monitor isn't always accurate but I am pleased with the accuracy for a watch. I wish the watch had its own gos rather than connecting to the phone's GPS (garmen comparable vivoactive HR has it's own gps and he battery lasts at least 2 times as long). It drains my phone battery so quickly ans only connects to the gps sometimes. After only having the watch for about a month, the screen cracked but it was still use able. Then one month after that, the display stopped working. Unfortunately, this watch is not rugged. Good for those who want a smart watch not good for athletic, rugged folk.

Verse watch quality?
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the Versa watch but have to question their quality’s. This is my second watch and within 2 years it has fallen apart. The top has come loose causing the watch to stop working.

Slightly Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I owned several fitness trackers, this is my first Smart Watch. Since I have an iPhone, I was considering purchasing an Apple Watch 3. Based on the reviews and cheaper price, I chose the Versa. The watch itself is nice. Even with my small wrist size, the watch face is not overpowering. The band is comfortable to and I like that it is a standard type of adjustable band. The screen is clear and nicely visible outdoors. I realize there is a learning curve with the exercise functions and my rating does not include this. The touch screen works well as well as the swiping functions. I would like to be able to arrange the screen apps in an order I use most but not sure if that is possible. I and on day 2 after a charge and am at 61%. Where Fitbit fails for me, and the 3 Star rating, has to do with the watch face apps, transferring of music and the fact that the mobile app is not working for several days that the Fitbit team has been working on with no solution at the time of this review. When you change the watch face, it is not saved anywhere in case you decide to change it. You will have to go the Face store and re-install it. Not too convenient. Transferring music is not ideal. First, for Windows users, you have to download the Fitbit desktop app from the Microsoft Store on your PC. My Microsoft Store is not working and I have been working on the solutions for 4 days now. I had to use a family member’s computer to use the Fitbit desktop app to transfer music. For some reason, it took almost an hour to load 18 songs which is too long. I can’t believe Fitbit does not have a desktop download directly from their website which would help those of us whose Microsoft store is not working. For now, I will have to borrow the family member’s computer to add additional music; not convenient. Lastly, I am one of the lucky ones who was able to setup my Versa before he mobile app failed which is needed to get started using the watch. Until the current mobile app issue is resolved and hopefully a better way to change watch faces and music transferring, I cannot recommend this smart watch. If no updates to these issues soon, I may return mine

It’s ok. I guess.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought as a gift for my wife was debating on getting her this Fitbit or Apple Watch. Chose this one due to color and price was great. She loved it straight out the box perfect for her needs as she works out daily and helped keep track of everything. Also only receives phone (IOS) notifications but can’t reply or talk on it,she was ok with that. But the watch started to show problems 1.5 years into owning it never got wet or dropped it. Started with having trouble on syncing her data to her phone then trouble charging and finally the screen went black with a thin line across it that was the end of it all happened In a week. Contacted customer support and they tried trouble shooting it with no success and no chance of a replacement, they said warranty had expired on it so I would recommend getting some type of extended warranty for it. She now owns and Apple Watch 5.

I can't get this FitBit to sync with WiFi at home
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this watch and paid extra to download 300 of my favorites songs otherwise I would have just bought the Versa Lite. I can't get it to sync with my home WiFi so I can download my songs it is synced with my Iphone 8 but in order to download the songs it must be on your home WiFi which I can't get to happen. I have done the trouble shooting with FitBit and have gotten no where. I went in to Best Buy and was treated rudely, they wanted me to pay 40.00 to update the watch which I have not even had 30 days and I not sure that would even help. I was able to get the person at the main entrance to see it would work with your WiFi and it did, went home and want work with mine. I am at a loss but I have brought many product fro Best Buy, I know its not my router because it is fairly new I brought it from you guys. I not happy with FitBit assistance and I'm sure not happy with how the rude person was to me at the Gee Squad

Disappointing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this watch in July, and the HR monitor went out on me the end of December. What's worse is I bought a 2-yr Best Buy warranty, but they no longer offer warranties on ANY Fitbit device! That says a lot to me about Fitbit, yikes! So, yes, the watch is pretty and only decently accurate on counting steps but honestly it has a lot of defects and seems to be unreliable- except for the time. I am so bummed about this! And I've read reviews about Fitbit having horrible customer service, so even with 1-yr manufacturers warranty, it still makes me squeamish and uncertain about getting another. Buyers beware.

Decent fitness watch
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fitbit made a great fitness band but only an okay smartwatch. I really enjoy the 4-5 day battery life and being able to track sleep on this watch. You are able to get notifications, however the app selection is lackluster. I unfortunately had issues and had to have the watch replaced twice now. Since the watch is considered old now, I would look at the versa 2

Gets the job done.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the fact that it tracks my steps and calories burnt. Has a good battery and does not require much charging. It does seem to have issues connecting to my Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Lags when I get a call and does not show me all my messages. I've tried connecting and disconnecting and no luck. It's an ok product.

Major syncing issues.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the long battery life and the watch looks good. I have not complaints about the design or tracking features. All that being said syncing was a constant issue. I would often have to reset the watch to start syncing again and thus losing my tracked data defeating the purpose of the watch.

Loved it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved this Fitbit. I didn’t want to spend too much money and wanted something that would help keep up with my workouts. I am not able to reply to text messages or call, but do receive notifications. Love the timer and alarms. Also I like the sleep summary it gives and the subtle alarm to wake up to!

A very good watch and fitness tracker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this smartwatch to keep me moving. 10,000 steps a day and 9 active hours a day baby! So far the Versa has kept me honest by bugging me every hour. Telling me how many more steps I need. It can be annoying but that's what I wanted. The Versa took about 15 minutes to sync with my android device and set up which notifications I wanted. On thing that I did not think I would use was the sleep tracking but this has been kind of fun to see how much rem sleep I get during the course of a night. One thing that I don't like is that I have not had the Versa for a year yet and the band has started cracking. I mean come on, for this kind of money the band should last at least a year. I would still recommend it but with a warning about the band.

It's ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are a few things I like and a few I dont. Some I like are the flashlight. Comes in handy. I like the more detailed sleep patterns it gives me and the heart rate monitor. I like I can put a personal pic as a screen image. Things I dont like, I'm going from a alta to a versa so it feels big and gets in the way. I'm not used to a big watch. I'm having trouble connecting my wifi when I'm standing right next to my wifi box. It wont give me me text messages or call notifications even when they are all on. The band is a bit of a struggle to get on and off, mostly cause I was used to the alta band that was an easy snap on off. This one had a buckle so it takes a little longer. I have carpal tunnel so its tougher for me. Other than that its just ok.

Good Tracker with Sync Issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fitbit versa has great versatility in the activities it is able to track. Be aware that the versa has occasional errors with syncing. Fitbit claims it is problems with the phone's bluetooth. After going through this myself and reading about several other experiences, I have found that the phone was just fine (it could connect and sync with my other fitbit, speakers, computer etc.), but it often takes several attempts at disconnecting and reconnecting this device for it to work.

Excellent Fitbess Tracker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had a Gramin tracker for the last three years and decided to trade up for more features. This tracker does everything I need fitness wise and then some. I’ve not had any issues with it overcounting my steps and it always seems to be within one or two beats of my actual heart rate. It is an excellent watch and extremely comfortable! My only complaint is that the screen is overly sensitive. I am unable to wear it to bed like you are supposed to because the screen turns on every time you move. This is even with the auto screen function turned off! The screen is so extremely bright that it wakes me up in the middle of the night. I would recommend this to anyone who isn’t looking for a sleep tracker due to this. :)

Ok quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for my 13 year old son who is kind of space case in hopes that he’d be more aware of the time and to help set reminders once school starts again. The band broke in the first 4 days we had it. I had to order another band online since Target doesn’t vary the Versa bands. I find the connectors for the bands low quality. I like the fact that it is waterproof. Haven’t put it to much practical use yet since it’s still summer. He hasn’t quite gotten into the habit of activating it when he works out or has mountain biking practice. It doesn’t seem to automatically sync with his phone. That has been frustrating.

Perhaps not the best value.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Versa has some great features, not all of them relevant to me. The Steps, heart rate and calories report is great, very small but readable in daylight. The sleep monitoring is intriguing but does not record any sleep prior to midnight and often not before 2:00am. I go to sleep before 10:00 each night and am dreadfully sleep deprived, according to the Versa. Customer service was alerted and a fix proposed, which did not resolve the problem. Will try again with high hopes. The waterproof feature is great but there are no instructions on how to utilize the Versa. Perhaps the website could be of more help than just sales promotion?

OK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch was great in terms of battery life but that's as far as it goes for me. It is not GPS enabled and Strava just would not connect, even after talking with customer service trying to get it all figured out. Its accurate but very basic. I thought there would be more available for the price it carries. I said yes to recommending to a friend because none of my friends are competitive runners like me and would actually enjoy this activity tracker; it's just not my cup of tea.

It’s a fitness tracker
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you’re looking for something fancy that you can answer calls/talk into/text, this is NOT for you. My wife wears hers every day mostly to track her steps and morning workouts. Fitbit makes fitness trackers, not phones, not laptops, not headphones. FITNESS trackers and this is exactly what it’s for. It’s good but it does count any arm movements as steps. Sometimes it stops reading heart rate for a good minute or so while exercising and my wife complains about that. Other than that it’s a good fitness tracker.

Don’t think I’d hate if didn’t have Apple Watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok so I already have a Apple Watch series 2 and I got the Versa because I just couldn’t stand the battery life of my Apple Watch anymore . It last a day and that’s it . I also thought it’d be cool to have the features that Fitbit has to offer . Anyway, I bought the Versa and returned it 3 days later . The battery life was better (lasted 2 days) the workout tracking was also nice but it’s just so cheap feeling and looking . I think if I never had a Apple Watch I would like the Versa because I wouldn’t see the quality difference, not just with appearance but with watch function .
