I bought this to replace an old fitbit I had. This one works great. The steps are pretty accurate and the heart rate monitor works well. I did buy a third party band as I was not a fan of the rubber bands that came with it. It doesn't have a ton of apps yet, but they are coming along. Overall, I would highly recomend it.

One of my main reasons for getting the FitBit Versa was for sleep tracking. If you look on the FitBit user forum, you can see that many people are unhappy with the lack of consistency on sleep tracking for the Versa. However, for all other items (step count, workouts, etc.) it works very well,

This is by far the best fitness tracker I have ever had. I previously had a Fitbit Charge HR, a Garmin vivosmart HR and a Fitbit Flex 2 and the Versa beats them all. I have a small wrist and I was afraid it would be too big and bulky, but it is light and comfortable and has all the features I could want. So glad I got it.

I bought this watch in order to connect it to my android. I also wanted to know my sleep patterns. It could not provide. I returned it and moved along. I like the look and size but I am not an exerciser so it was not valuable to me. Nice watch though. I returned mine in exchange for a android gear.

This was a gift from my wife for Father's Day. She has the gen1 watch. She hates it. The Versa is far better for tracking exercise and heart rate, it also coordinates with my fitness pal app where the iwatch doesn't. It's over a hundred dollars less and a far better purchase with a protection plan that rivals apple care.

    Not a Pebble replacement

I was a die hard Pebble user. Well my Pebble Time Round finally bit the toast, so had to get a new watch. Figured I would look into the Versa and see if it would be a good replacement. Well don't. It is an OK health tracker, meaning I can swipe my arm up and down and it claims I walked 3 or more steps. Keeps time unless it runs out of battery, then when you charge it back up make sure you open the FitBit app so the watch can resync and give you the right time. App support is non-existent. Watch faces are OK, but the fact you have to download from the app and no way to star your favorites. Once you change faces, your previous one gets dumped back in the bucket. Is it terrible, no, it does what it promises to do. Unfortunately, just about any other wearable device by any other company beats it.

Fitbit HR to Versa = Happy!

I had a couple Fitbit HR devices and they performed well but I hated the bubbling issues and the screen. Moving to the Versa was awesome! I was able to get a screen protector to keep the screen looking good plus all the cool apps and notifications! I have to admit the charging station is a bit odd but it works well enough.

Nice watch, but my wife had me return it because she wanted a different strap that wasn't available with this model. It does have the sleep monitoring feature she wanted though. The model she ended up with didn't have that feature but it had the strap she wanted. The strap won.

    It's ok for a pedometer

Loved it at first, but had battery issues off and on. About 3 months in, I noticed that it would only hold a charge for 1 day instead of the normal 4. Got in touch with Fitbit support and they walked me through the process to show them the battery life, but it suddenly stopped having the issue after the next charge. It started happening again at around 8 months, then it suddenly turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I had to get a replacement shipped. It's a good watch if you be sure to report problems to support ASAP since there's only a year warranty. Upgrade to a smart watch if you want to be able to text people back or are looking for more than just a pedometer.

My first fitbit was the HR it finally gave out on me. I was looking for a watch that I could use in the pool ocean. The fitbit versa is the one I love this watch, I love that you can change the watch bands at anytime. I would highley recommend over the Apple watch. Love the idea of having my music handy on my watch.

I chose the Versa because I wanted a watch that would track my swimming and my steps, and show me my heartrate also. Before I was using the Charge 2 and then the Flex 2 when I swam, which didn't allow me to track my heartrate. I haven't gone swimming yet with the Versa, I am interested to see how well it works.

This Fitbit is a lot bigger than the charge 2 but it works very well if you have a need for a bigger screen. I like the easy functional of the versa and the versa is easy to use. The only problem I had was getting it connextes to a device that has already had a Fitbit product on it

The band fits great. It does stick a little to the skin if you get water underneath. I have had a little trouble with the auto workout tracking picking up, but if I enter a previous workout it fixes itself pretty close to what I think it should have been. Overall easy to use & works great.

Overall love the versa. Tracking is good battery life good optional apps good. I didn’t give it five stars simply because of the bands. They are expensive, there isn’t a great selection of designs (authentic variety) and it’s not easy to remove/replace. Otherwise I’d recommend

This is a nice upgrade from my charge2. I wish I knew that you had to have paid subscriptions in order to use the music. I would have chose the cheaper model with better color bands since I am not paying for music. Overall, easy to set up and use the features that are free.

We got this to help my husband watch his bpm as he has AFib and is one of the few that can't feel when his great is racing. It has helped him several times see when he's in Afib and start his breathing exercises to lower the beats back down.
