I wanted a watch that had text message notifications and this one does. I like the fact that I can respond to a text with a generic message. It was a little difficult to set up because I still had my old Fitbit paired to my phone but once I unpaired it, things seemed to run smoothly.

I was using fitbit Alta and was quite happy with it. Just thought of upgrading to a fitbit that would provide me with additional information about my fitness and daily activity. And I must say that I am very satisfied with it. It gives fairly accurate readings of my activity.

Excellent face on the watch and is perfect for exercise. Setup is a little annoying with the app but once you get through it, it’s fine. One tip: when going for a run, turn OFF the GPS I’m the settings for the run section. It will sync faster so you won’t have to wait

I wish there were more written directions on how to use it in the box. I like the features I have figured out. Not of the generation that grew with all of these electronic devices. Probably online...just haven’t taken the time to really research.

Bought this for my father in law to help him motivated and it worked!! The big numbers on the face make it easy for him to read and it gets him up and moving. You have a lot of face options but some of them you have to pay for is the only downside

I am really enjoying this Fitbit. It has helped me with getting more motivated with activities. It is easy to use and navigate. I have become so used to having it on and tracking my steps, that when I have forgotten to wear the Versa, I felt odd lol. It is a great product.

I expected to get at least 2 years out of this, but I was wrong. I bought this for my wife 19 months ago and she loved it until it stopped working. It won't turn on anymore. Fitbit support walked me through various attempts to recover it, but nothing worked. They said I need a new device but it's no longer covered under warranty. They can give me 20% off but that's not enough for me to try this again. I'm going back to my policy of always buying the extended warranty or performance guarantee for anything over $100.

Much needed and as described, and then some. Love the ability to listen to my music and respond to texts, etc. The ONLY con is removal of the band on one side. Rated a 4 because the inability to answer calls and the band removal. Would definitely recommend.

If you like fitbit you'll like the versa. Its a fun little watch with lots of extras. Only thing that would make it better is ability to pay via credit card at merchants, gps, and more apps to choose from. Also cannot download music to watch from phone.

The watch is attractive with a very readable screen. However, I do not like how information an how it works. I want ink on paper directions. Not all of us enjoy reading from electronic devices. I want something I can read without having to open some kind of electronic application.

This was for my wife and I must give praise to Fitbit as the original watch failed, after a call and online application we were sent a new one that is still operating well after a year. Does everything we want in a watch and basic health monitor!

This device might have saved my life. It caused me to go to er to check my hr. It was found that I had an irregular heartbeat. I would never have gone to er without the constant monitoring of heart rate by this device. Best gift my wife has ever given to me.

Hubby brought this as a Christmas gift, I love the feminine style and color, the tracking is very neat and supportive of my goals. Wish the bands were easier to change and that it played music from amazon prime.

I really like the Versa. It has tons of customizable watch faces and allows you to reply to text messages. The only problem is you can not see the message you are replying to, you can just reply with a few standard responses or a custom response.

I like this watch . But the software is terrible. It will sync one day than stop. Have tried everything to no avail. I have reset phone and reset versa many times. It will work for a day than same thing where will not sync. Almost impossible to use. Get no notifications. It is set up right as will work for a day than nothing works. The internet is full of people having the same problems. When works is great, but hardly works

I love all of the clock face options now available, changing to new themes or holidays is fast and easy. I also like the new charger, don’t have to remove the band to charge, a big plus. I haven’t tried the music app yet but have used the exercise timer for workouts.

I have had several Fitbits and this is the best one to date. I am not a fitness buff due to some injuries, but I still like to make sure I get up and move around so the reminders help. I use the temp/weather feature and the timer. The size is nice and changing bands is simple.

This thing does everything it advertising and more. Terrific smart watch for exercising and the like. I prefer something I do t feel as if I am going to scratch it break and this just wasn’t it. Other than that (which is total personal preference) it’s great!

If you're ready for an upgrade and use your other fitness trackers religiously, I would reccomend this product. I wore it under my gloves kickboxing and it survived. It's pretty accurate on my runs as well and can store music so I'm not having to carry everything when I'm running.

Bought this for my mother and although I don't personally use it, the device doesn't compare to apple's watch. Hard to explain, but definitely check it out first and look up videos before buying it. NOT SAYING ITS BAD, but definitely not the best.
