I bought this watch a week ago and have not used all the features yet. The watch is great looking. I have paired this with a blue tooth Bose headphones and has been working great to play my mp3 songs loaded on my versa. The battery seems to last 3+ days. Overall I love this watch.

This is my 4th fitbit and it's definitely an upgrade to the Alta that I had. I love the features of this watch though I don't use them all (like Music). I have had a few issues with the sleep tracking but I have a pretty consistent solution for that. That being said I'm in a Versa group on FB and there are definitely issues with this watch. I was lucky enough to get the Best Buy Protection plan on this watch. That is the reason I purchased at Best Buy. However, they have now excluded fitbit from their plans. So that to me, would indicate an issue with fitbit quality. If I purchased this watch now, I'd try to find some way to get a warranty plan on it. I liked that Best Buy offered accidental damage (like a cracked screen) coverage. That was important to me as this watch is big. I've had this watch for a month and a half and so far it's been reliable in battery life (5 days) and functions. I hope that continues.

The versa is very easy to use and syncs very easy. It has great range of bluetooth connection. The watchfaces are good. Most of the really good ones require a fee. Same with apps. The app store is pretty sparse. Majority of the apps are fitness related. There is not many companion apps. There are no game companion apps for stuff like division or destiny. Tye battery will last a few days. I'm currently charging every 3 days. I mainly use to track water intake, steps, and notifications on my phone. Its also water proof. It says water resistant but i went swimming in a pool and took too a water park ans had no issues. You can also use under water. The music apps are meh.. just pay ones.. it does sync to phone music apps but i did notice that sometime i lose the controls on the watch. They stop loading.. other than that the watch is pretty solid.

Great product. Love the fitness tracking and ease of use with the app. Great monitoring of various types of exercise. Love the exercise and coaching! The pandora app is great-can listen to music on the run without my phone. Notifications for texts and calls is seamless.

Purchased for tracking health reasons so far very happy with the item. Price were good at the time, it was on sale so jump right on it, all the functions are as what Fitbit offer: great works with Os or Androids, keep track of my activities at the palm of my hand.

This watch works well as advertised. Decent battery life for a smart device. I think the activity tracking is accurate. I have an android device so can do quick replies to text messages which is nice. It didn't work at first but a quick call to customer service and this was resolved.

worked great for about a year, good for tracking fitness, links to android phone and can review text, emails and calls. After a year the battery doesn't last. has to be charged every day and some days twice a day.

Bought the watch for my husband for Father’s Day. He is technically challenged but is able use use the watch with no problems. He loves it. The only TJ e he takes it off is to charge it. Wears it in the shower, wore it to the beach and pool with no issues.

Purchased this because I was looking to upgrade my fitbit (charge hr). I enjoy the touch screen and ability to check stats and leader boards easier. It is great that it is waterproof to a degree that it can be worn in the pool, at the beach (without much worry), doing sports on the water, etc. The only negative I find is that if you want to listen to music through the watch, you have to have a blue tooth speaker/headphones. To listen to Pandora you have to have a premium memberships as well. You can download songs onto the fitbit but must be done via a computer. Other thing I find is that you can customize 5 responses to text messages but they are generic. You can customize them but its often difficult choosing how to respond the most.

i wanted a fitbit that could do everything my charge 2 could do and more. I've went swimming for hours, done dishes so on. no problem at all. if you don"t mess with the apps the battery will last 3 or 4 days less like anything if you are messing with it often.

Not a smart watch, exactly, but a smart tracker

I have been wearing this tracker for about a month and a half at this point, and here are my key findings. 1) it is waterproof. I started washing my car having forgotten to take it off. I got it pretty thoroughly dunked and dirty, and was afraid I'd ruined it. It came through like a champ. 2) it's not a smart watch in that I don't think it has the ability to do a lot of surfing or to do much beyond the fitness aspects. That said, it does quite a bit - and the things my old FitBit Charge 2 did, it does - with a number of things I haven't checked out yet. And it has games and can store music. Nice. Bottom line, I was looking for a smart fitness tracker that didn't feel like I was wearing a phone strapped to my wrist and that wouldn't self-destruct if I treated it with less than the respect it deserves. It has come through with flying colors on that point. I may just go ahead and buy another band for it...;)

The watch great, easy to use and set up. The only problem I've encountered is sometimes it has problem connecting with the fitbit app and updating your daily stats. My husband has the same watch and has experienced the same problem.

I love that I can track my sleep with this Fitbit. It showed me a graph of my whole night’s sleep, which was awesome. Long battery life, a couple of days, compared to other smart watches.

This is a great product. Lots of customizable display options. 4+ day battery life. Sure--you can't reply to messages on the screen face--but I find it hard to read text that size anyway, so I don't know how much I'd use that feature. And the price is very good.

Got this watch for my husband because he had been wanting a smart watch. He loves the large display and it's traditional watch look. Very comfortable and not too bulky. Syncs well between his work Android and personal iPhone. Loves the notifications!
