My mom lost her fitbit so my sister and I purchased this for her as a mother's day gift. It was a great gift however we did have difficulty finding it in the store. Apparently there was a shortage and we had to order it. It was delivered 4 days later.

It has a lot of cool features including text messages. The band can be replaced but it is kind of hard to get on. I had to look up a YT video to replace the band so that was frustrating. Other than that a great product!

Found it easy to use, love the fact I can chang clock faces. Sync with my phone is great. Only problem I had was that when I had an update, my Starbucks card didn't show up on my fitbit but still showed up on the app. Otherwise no complaints

Great watch. I had it replaced twice. First time was cause it stopped working. Second time was cause it started with a line on it. Called Fitbit and was given a New one. Wow when received it. It was a Fitbit Versa 2.

I have been a Fitbit customer for many years. I got this same watch when they 1st came out. Loved it. It broken and I could have went with another product, like the Samsung or Apple; but the Fitbit is the best. Love, love, love.

Good tracker comfortable and designed well. The issue I have are: adding music is difficult you have to down load from your laptop to the app on the lap top then to the watch.

My daughter wanted this. I waited this long so I could write a review based on a year or more. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up. I’ve only used Apple since the original iPhone in 2007.

Wife is determined to loose weight and boy, this watch is encouraging her to do it. She sees to it that she tops the last activity she had the last time. Great fitness tracker and good apps to stay on track with your fitness goals.

I have had a charge, an alta and now a versa, of the 3 I like the versa the best because of the larger screen and easy to read, don't have to be a rocket scientist to use it, and holds a charge at least 3 days

Wasn't available in store, so had to wait and have it shipped. Got a delay notice but ended up getting it the same day as the email notice. I love it, just need to add more apps and learn all that it has to offer. Love the gray band too.

Disappointed the GPS was removed.. I bought this for my teenage son who’s on Cross country the whole point of getting it was so that he can track his runs and his workouts and because the GPS was removed he can’t do that unless his phone is with him . I didn’t want to get him an Apple Watch because he already had an Apple phone it’s basically having two phones but I broke down and got the Apple after I return to this Fitbit versa because I would’ve had to purchase the fitbit ionic which is the same price point as an Apple Watch . I would have kept the Fitbit versa had it had the GPS very disappointed and Fitbit

Great fitness tracker. Purchased one for myself and a black one for my husband. Not 100% accurate all of the time, but about as accurate as you can get as far as non chest strap watches go. Love the app and calorie/fitness tracking

I bought this for my fiance and she loves it. It has been a game changer for our fitness goals. I found it much cheaper after we purchased it and I wish I could have seen it in time to have Best Buy price match. But still very happy.

I'm super happy with this fitbit. I love how it even can sync with your phone Fitbit app to keep track of workouts, calories etc;. It's extremely helpful if you want to stay healthy and get in shape. I definitely recommend this product.

I recently upgraded from the fitbit alta HR to the fitbit Versa, 100% satisfied. This watch does it ALL!! I get all my reminders to move get active all different workouts right on the screen. Couldnt be happier w my purchase

I've only had the device for one month. Still learning to use it after only one month of ownership. I still need to do some research on the items of information it offers. Got it mainly to track daily steps.

Got this from my girlfriends on Christmas she loves it she wears it all the time this is one of the first smart watches I got so I decided to get one for my girlfriend just a breaker in on a smart phone smart watch arrow thanks Best Buy

I own several Pebble watches and a Samsung Gear and this is the best smartwatch I have owned. The screen is crisp, the battery life is great and the styling is beautiful.

My wife purchased the Fitbit Flex2 and was not satisfied with the product. Key for her was that it had to be swim proof. The only other options were Versa and Ionic. She took the Flex2 back and returned for a Versa. This was perfect in her mind.

I love my Fitbit Versa! I have recently had the Fitbit Charge 2 and switched to the Versa the minute i heard it was coming out. I love the work out features and the recent updates to the calls and texts is awesome. Did not disappoint.
