This watch is good for tracking steps and it has a few useful features. Has to be restarted daily to get it to sync to my phone

I bought this watch because of the heart monitor and to listen to music in the watch. Comparing with the apple watch in terms of cost benefit, it seemed to be a good purchase. I'm a little frustrated because the heart monitor and Wifi does not work so well. For example, I do not use the watch sometimes and even so it counts my heartbeat. =( The wifi does not work well to sync the Deezer songs. I This is a common complaint in the fitbit community. I've never been able to sync over WiFi even following everything the community said. It looks like they launched a fast product without testing correctly.

The watch is great, I love all the features, It comes in handy in so many ways! My steps, my workouts, my sleep then add never missing a call, text or message. It has been very beneficial for me

Bought as Christmas present. Wife has not made use of all the features. Need to take the time to figure it the music app. Should’ve spent the extra money to get built in GPS

I got this for Christmas and I love it! It does everything I wanted in a Fitbit. I love the large face which makes it easier to read and i like how it reminds me to get up and start moving so i can stay on point with my steps.

The Fitbit versa is an excellent option for those who want a little more from their fitness tracker. I had some issues with the bluetooth and notifications however with a quick reset was able to fix it.

I upgraded and was not disappointed! Love the Pandora and Starbucks apps, need to get the FitBit headphones now! I would recommend buying the watch cover, I have a scratch on it after only two weeks, but I’m not super gentle with it.

I'm happy with the Versa but I miss my Apple Watch. The versa is a great fitness tracker if that's all you use it for. Personally, I want the versatility and features of the Apple Watch, so I'll probably use both.

Bought for my wife back in May and she has loved it so far. She's an avid runner so uses it pretty frequently and has been working great. Uploading music is a sort of a hassle but overall a great tracking device.

I had the original Fitbit, ChargeHR, Blaze and now the best of them all Versa. A lot more technology and features but not bulky like the more expensive model and there are sooo many cute bands for under 15 on line. Great purchase.

I've had this watch for about a year and a half and it still looks brand new, even with me wearing it to work where it gets beat up all the time. Everything works great on it. Highly recommend.

It was present to Wife and she loves it. It is good alternative to Apple watch with similar look. It avoids locks into any smart phone need. Initial setup is little confusing once it is setup - it is very easy and simple to operate.

Enjoying the smaller desgin. Nice feature to customize the face with any pic you want. Great while working out to have the stopwatch and timer feature as well as to control the music from the watch.

I am VERY disappointed with the Versa. It does not deliver what it claims. First, at one point, my Versa randomly stopped receiving notifications. When I contacted support, they were aware that there were Versas that were not receiving notifications, but had no understanding why. They could not offer me a replacement because they could not assure me the replacement would receive notifications. Then the heart rate monitor stopped working, the touch screen stopped working and then the watch stopped working all together. Only at this point did they offer a replacement. I asked for a full refund because they still could not assure me the replacement would receive notifications. Fitbit refused. Terrible product with terrible customer service.

I had a rough start with the versa. My first watch was defective right out of the box. Best buy replaced with no questions. The new one works great. Only gets 4 stars because it does drain my cellphone battery.

Originally it was great. It tracks your sleep which is nice. It takes calls like other smart watches. The band quality is poor.

Great watch. I upgraded from the fitbit charge 2. The charge 2 battery life is better, but the additional features makes the difference here. The versa battery isn't bad, but it is 1 day less then the charge 2.

I went from an apple watch to the Fitbit Versa! I love it so much better and it's more motivating with your movements and goals where as my apple watch monitored how long I had been standing. I would recommend this product!!

I am glad I purchased this watch. I can put my dog's picture on the watch face. I am walking more because of the tracking of my steps. It gently reminds me if I haven't walked enough for the hour. Great buy !

Bought this for my husband as a gift. Still works well, and love the frequent updates to functionality. We love to challenge each other in our daily steps, but that’s getting old cause he always wins. Ha!
