Got it for my wife who doesn't always carry her phone so that she can track steps and also know when she gets calls or texts. Works wonderfully.

We love it, got it for my daughter for her birthday, she received it this weekend and got it all hooked up right away, she if very happy with it

Purchased this for my wife's bday. It replaced her original Fitbit. Great improvement plus alot cheaper than a Apple watch for what she needed.

Great upgrade from my Fit Gear. It will load pandora and/or your downloads for music. You will have to purchase wireless headphones.

Fun instrument but takes time to learn. It has most of the popular features but not very flexible with goal setting.

I transitioned from a Charge HR to the Versa as my Charge HR suddenly died after having it for 2 years. Despite that issue, I purchased the Fitbit Versa. The first year I had it, it was great. Occasionally after that, I would have issues with it charging, but nothing that was a big deal. I didn't wear it daily and it was well taken care of (turned off and put away on a shelf when not in use, never submerged in water, always stored in a dry place). Suddenly, the screen goes out and now I am unable to use it at all. A few more issues with charging, syncing and delays started before it completely died as well as the screen freezing and only showing the start up screen. I did shut it down, reset, and replace the charger. None of it worked. At the price you pay for it, it's not worth it as there is no assistance or repair options. When contacting Fitbit, they simply offer 20% off your next purchase. It's worth your money to spend a little more and get an Apple watch rather than purchasing from Fitbit.

Love this watch. Helps me keep track of steps or exercises. Love being able to get text and listen to music while working out.

Purchased as a gift for a friend. I haven't received any complaints about the watch. No news is good news?!

I wasted over $200 on a Tomtom Spark 3+ Cardio. I should have gone with this smartwatch. Much sturdier, less bulky, does everything I need and more.

It's so slim and I really fell in love with the rose gold. Does everything a smart watch should do while also serving as a fashion statement.

This is a great working product. It only does a few limited tasks however. But it does a great job at those tasks!
